Well they have proven this more than enough times for me to put a stamp of approval on those awards. NISSAN’s main goal is to make sure their customers are happy when they enter and happier when they leave. At first I thought Nissans service and hospitality was to good to be true. Each visit NISSAN has withstood the test. Whether you are dropping in for a scheduled service or a free car wash their hospitality over takes you. The service only gets better each visit...there’s something for everyone: child’s playroom, clean & fresh bathrooms, snacks, ice, water, coffee and great staff to name a few... The advisor called to see if their fix had resolved the problem but I had not had a chance to see if was still there which I have since verified that it is. Otherwise an overall positive experience. My First Time was Better than This One Pleasant customer service from the time I made my appointment until I walked out. A customer in the waiting room was loudly speaking on his cellphone Pleasant customer service from the time I made my appointment until I walked out. A customer in the waiting room was loudly speaking on his cellphone disturbing the entire room and nothing was done about it. My center caps had been broken and left in my cupholder. No one bothered to mention this to me until I had to bring it to someone's attention prior to leaving. I would return but my first experience here was definitely better than my second. More

A new transmission replacement done in 2 days....unheard of! From now on, no one else will touch my car! More

Highly disappointed I took my car in for service and because there was a recall on my car. Nissan of Bowie graciously gave me a Sentra as a rental. However, I drive a 201 I took my car in for service and because there was a recall on my car. Nissan of Bowie graciously gave me a Sentra as a rental. However, I drive a 2016 maxima SL and to be placed in a car that’s nowhere near compatible to my car was very upsetting. Once I went to pick up my car the two services advisor that were still there where very helpful (a female & male). My service advisor had left for the night and did not notify the other advisors that I would be coming to picking up my car, so there was a little confusion why I was there. Upon retrieving my car, I noticed it was not washed and the floor paper & seat cover were still in the car. On top that, the entire car smelled like oil because oil that had gotten onto the driver seat & floor. Luckily I have a garage and was able to let the car air out to get the smell out, once I got the oil out of the seats. More
