He went beyond the call of duty to ensure my experience was excellent. He even arranged for the shuttle to take me to the local gym since my service took longer than expected. New car purchased maintenance package Service advisor promptly checked our car in for its first service and sent it to the oil and lube center. Car was serviced and the tires rotated. Well appointed waiting area made the wait tolerable. One shortcoming was the lack of dealership speed (1 hr 30 min) that Vavoline Express Service provides. More
