Awesome We have had a wonderful 10 years with our 2008 Nissan Altima and it served us well, so we decided to trade it in on a newNissan ...perhaps a Sentra. We have had a wonderful 10 years with our 2008 Nissan Altima and it served us well, so we decided to trade it in on a newNissan ...perhaps a Sentra. Our experience was amazing working with Mr. Tom Cusack in the Bowie, Md. dealership. Mr.Cusack was pleasant , professional , very knowledgeable and helped us greatly in finding just the right car for all our needs . He was extremely patient and listened to what we wanted in a car ... there was no pressure in the encounter only genuine helpfulness which was most appreciated by both of us , as other dealerships operate quite the opposite. We were very delighted with finding just the perfect car , a new Nissan Sentra SV which met all of our specific needs . Mr. Cusack represents your company very well and we were delighted to have such a kind , well-informed , competent salesman who patiently took the time to go over in detail all the new technology of this specific model which we were unfamiliar with , in our vehicle. THIS, was a great experience and what shopping for a new car should always be !!! More

I can tell that this dealership really cares about the work that they do and their customers. This experience is also the same as when I purchased the care in July. Juke engine 3rd time timing chain was replaced. Shoukd have replaced engine first time when car was under warranty. Nissan said it needed new engine then but chan 3rd time timing chain was replaced. Shoukd have replaced engine first time when car was under warranty. Nissan said it needed new engine then but changed their mind once I pointed out it was under warranty. 2 years later, timing chain was replaced due to a recall. This time, service center I took it to said it needed an engine. Nissan replaced timing chain. While in Nissan care about 2 months, new problem arose. Car stalled while attempting to drive it home twice. Nissan claims it needs new engine and problem has nothing to do with why we brought it in. It never stalled before bringing it to Nissan. Nissan did give us a good will gesture, charging us 40% of the total cost which came to about $1,800. I appreciate that but if the engine was replaced either time, we would not now have a car that we now feel is unsafe. Will I ever buy or recommend a Nissan to anyone? No. I thank Joe and Ishmael for doing what they could. More
