Hidden Mandatory Fees! The only highlight is the inside of the showroom. It's comfortable and clean, but from there is where it goes down hill. This dealership is the kind of dealership that adds fuel to the burning fire of distrust and disdain for car salespeople. This dealership including the GSM hide behind a farce of a low cost leader sales tactic. They advertise a price but neglect to communicate that they will charge an additional, "Mandatory Accessories Package Fee." What is that? I'll tell you; it's an additional $1400 for one year of car washes and 3-5 oil changes. Guess what!? They also don't communicate that the only way to get the advertised price is to finance through NMAC which has a 3 point higher interest rate..even with an 804 credit score. They will keep you there for hours while they pretend to be trying to match your financing, surely hoping you'll give in to their dishonest tactics. Oh they offered me a soda/drink but when I went to the cafe area I found that customers had to pay for them. The GSM and Sales Manager continued to claim that they disclose these dirty hidden charges in the online disclaimers, but when I proved they didn't I was basically told they didn't want my money. I WOULD NEVER BUY FROM THEM UNLESS YOU"RE COOL WITH HIDDEN CHARGES AND DISHONEST TACTICS. Read the disclaimer in the picture... They directly mislead you just to get you into the showroom while they play a shell game of dishonesty. More

Worst buying experience I've ever had Worst car buying experience I've ever had. I bought a certified preowned 2018 370Z from Nissan of Boerne on 12/31/18. I live in the Dallas area and Worst car buying experience I've ever had. I bought a certified preowned 2018 370Z from Nissan of Boerne on 12/31/18. I live in the Dallas area and had to fly down there to buy the car. They had the car I wanted, so I don't fault them for that. They were even nice enough to send the salesman to pick me up at the airport. This was the only good part of the buying process. I test drove the car, I asked the salesman basic questions about the car (gas tank size among others) and he couldn't answer them. I ended up googling the questions on my phone in front of him. I flew down there, this was the car for me... so we agreed on numbers, I paid them, and started driving the 5 hour drive back to Dallas. As I'm driving, I notice the car is really dirty on the inside. They told me the car had been detailed. It hadn't. I then started looking for the owners manual because I wanted to adjust some things. The owners manual wasn't there. I found the original loan paperwork for the person who bought the car last. It included their social security number and everything else that would be on car loan paperwork. At this point I pull over to call Nissan of Boerne and complain. While stopped, I notice the 2 front tires are near bald. I explain to Scott Sharp that my car is filthy, had someone else's personal info in it, was missing the manuals, and had bald tires. He apologized and said he didn't have time to do his normal walk through of the car since he picked me up. He agreed to have Nissan pay for me to get my car detailed, but didn't do anything about the tires. He argued that the tires were fine. They were low profile sport tires he said. They were simply bald. I've already had to replace them. 4/05/19 I had to buy new front tires, the tech at Firestone measured the tread depth at 2 and 3mm. A 370z is rough on tires, but it doesn't destroy 2 FRONT tires in 3,000 miles. This cost me $528.46!!!! I was already very angry about this whole experience but wrote it off. Then my air conditioner stopped working. It's spring time in Texas so I took it to a local Nissan dealership who told me that my car had no freon in it. They wanted $155 to fix it. They said Nissan of Boerne didn't do the certified preowned checklist properly and that I'm liable for the repairs. I had to pay them and fight with them to honor the warranty. They thankfully did the right thing and gave me my money back. Though both dealerships blamed the other and both gave me conflicting information. The Nissan certified preowned warranty isn't worth the paper it's printed on. Nissan of Boerne doesn't complete their checklist so at this point, I'm just waiting for the next thing on my car to break and worried I'm going to have to fight with Nissan over repairs that should be covered. You're better off going to a used car lot. At least they won't sell you a worthless warranty. More
