We would, however, like the opportunity to clarify a few things specifically because we have some really great people at Nissan of Boerne who have created some amazing car buying experiences for thousands of our customers. We offer complimentary snacks, popcorn, water and Starbucks coffee to all our customers. We have vending machines, and we would have gladly purchased you another soft drink. Our prep package covers more than just car washes and oil changes -- it also includes a tire rotation maintenance, an exterior cleansing bath, multiple applications of hand-applied paint sealant and interior fabric/leather sealant which help to keep your vehicle looking new and help to retain their value. Thank you for pointing out our oversight on the disclaimer — it is never our intention to hide, to deceive or to be dishonest. We offer some of the lowest prices on not only new Nissan vehicles but on all our pre-owned, and we recently reduced our pricing even lower. We have helped many, many customers save with their purchase at Nissan of Boerne. We regret that we were not able to come to an agreement, but once again, we are glad that you found a vehicle.
