Do not waste your time with Nissan of Boerne. They are shady at best. If you decide to give them a chance, just understand that the price they give you is not the real price and you can expect to pay a minimum $1,300 more for a "protection plan" than they advertise and if you don't use their financing, which is giving horrendous APR rates, then you can expect an additional $500 tacked on the the price. This was a nice car that I drove out to see and the staff was courteous, but their business practices are not ethical. Save yourself the drive out there and buy somewhere else. Nissan of Boerne Team, I wanted to share my experience with you. After seeing the 2019 Lexus ES350 on your lot, I spoke with Jonathan the next day on the phone and told him I was interested, but I wasn't in need of a car. I sent all of the information to your staff on my 2014 Lexus IS250 that I planned to trade in, if the offer was right. I explained that I would need about $12,000 for my car and he called me later to say you were at about $11,300. I said that wouldn't work, due to my loan payoff, etc. He said he wasn't going to let $700 get in the way of earning my business and I appreciated that. I told him I would like to drive the car to see if I was really interested. I spent the hour in, what I am sure you know all too well, some grueling traffic headed north on I10. I arrived and was greeted warmly by your staff and by Jonathan. I test drove the car and was not sold on it...different story, not at all your issue...Lexus needs to work on their new infotainment system. I told Jonathan we could look at the numbers and see where we were. This is where my pleasant experience ended. I am in my 40's and have purchased and sold many cars over the years. I can honestly say that this experience left me feeling like I had just walked out of a scam. The price online wasn't the "real" price unless I used your financing. I have an 800 credit score. I'm still not sure what APR YOUR financing team had me at to quote over $900 per month on a 60 month loan...$36,997 for the car somehow worked out to $54,000+ after 60 months? I was told, "Just finance it with us, then refinance with your bank." Yeah, no thanks. When I pushed back on that pricing, he came back with a payment of $743 for 60 months, plus $6,000 down. Great...down to just over $50,000...progress, but still unacceptable. When I said I have my own financing and asked that he went and got me the purchase price of the vehicle with the "TRUE" sticker price...by the way, I notice your website has since marked this car up $450...seriously, who is managing this? Jonathan came back with an all in price of $39,897 after offering $11,400 for my car. I did some quick math and found that with my bank that made my payment $720. I walked in with a MAXIMUM of $700 per month for 60 months in my head. Jonathan pressed that I was buying "peace of mind" in a newer car, yaddi-yaddi-yadda. I countered at $38,700, keeping me at $700 per month for a car I didn't love, but he said there was no way, so I asked for my keys and left. Look, he was doing his job and I don't think any of this was on Jonathan. I think your business model raises some serious ethics questions, especially after the $1,353 mark-up on your 3-2-1 "Deal" that offered free oil changes and car washes. I have news for you, if you are charging me $1,353 for something that I don't have a choice on...it ain't free. Just add it to the sticker price and quit deceiving people. Worth mentioning...the first "offer" he presented me listed this "Protection Deal" at $853. More

Hidden Mandatory Fees! The only highlight is the inside of the showroom. It's comfortable and clean, but from there is where it goes down hill. This dealership is the kind of dealership that adds fuel to the burning fire of distrust and disdain for car salespeople. This dealership including the GSM hide behind a farce of a low cost leader sales tactic. They advertise a price but neglect to communicate that they will charge an additional, "Mandatory Accessories Package Fee." What is that? I'll tell you; it's an additional $1400 for one year of car washes and 3-5 oil changes. Guess what!? They also don't communicate that the only way to get the advertised price is to finance through NMAC which has a 3 point higher interest rate..even with an 804 credit score. They will keep you there for hours while they pretend to be trying to match your financing, surely hoping you'll give in to their dishonest tactics. Oh they offered me a soda/drink but when I went to the cafe area I found that customers had to pay for them. The GSM and Sales Manager continued to claim that they disclose these dirty hidden charges in the online disclaimers, but when I proved they didn't I was basically told they didn't want my money. I WOULD NEVER BUY FROM THEM UNLESS YOU"RE COOL WITH HIDDEN CHARGES AND DISHONEST TACTICS. Read the disclaimer in the picture... They directly mislead you just to get you into the showroom while they play a shell game of dishonesty. More
