After researching dealerships, I chose Nissan of Boerne to trade in my car and purchase a new vehicle. I was searching for a Nissan Rogue or Murano. My salesman’s name was Jacobo Flores. Mr. Flores was ver to trade in my car and purchase a new vehicle. I was searching for a Nissan Rogue or Murano. My salesman’s name was Jacobo Flores. Mr. Flores was very helpful, kind, patient, funny and more! I like that we were able to have a normal conversation rather than feeling the pressure to buy a vehicle. I explained to Mr. Flores what I was searching for and with his help, I was able to purchase a 2017 Nissan Rogue with the payment I was wanting! The Rogue I purchased has heated seating, heated stirring wheel, blind spot alert, 360 camera (my favorite) and more! I enjoyed that he was knowledgeable and really knew the vehicles he was showing me. He was also able to answer any questions I had about the vehicles as well which was impressive! Overall, I had a great experience! I’m glad he was there to actually listen and understand what I was wanting as a consumer and provided. I am one very happy customer and I love my car! I will go back again for my next vehicle and I will definitely recommend Jacobo Flores to my family and friends! More

Just purchased the new Nissan Rogue with David Aguais at Nissan of Boerne and absolutely loveeee my new car! He made the process simple and easy. I went in thinking I knew what I wanted and after he PATIENT Nissan of Boerne and absolutely loveeee my new car! He made the process simple and easy. I went in thinking I knew what I wanted and after he PATIENTLY (hours of patience) let me test drive all the vehicles I wanted, I then fell in love with the Rogue. He had the paperwork ready for me to review pricing within minutes after walking back inside. Then shortly after working with my finances he was able to work out a way that fit my budget perfectly. He showed me videos about my car and the different features within it, it was really nice having a quick guide to my car before driving away with it. He even set up my Bluetooth for me! I drove down from Round Rock and would do it all again! Seriously couldn’t have been a better experience! So incredibly grateful and recommend anyone and everyone to him!! More

Do not waste your time with Nissan of Boerne. They are shady at best. If you decide to give them a chance, just understand that the price they give you is not the real price and you can expect to pay a minimum $1,300 more for a "protection plan" than they advertise and if you don't use their financing, which is giving horrendous APR rates, then you can expect an additional $500 tacked on the the price. This was a nice car that I drove out to see and the staff was courteous, but their business practices are not ethical. Save yourself the drive out there and buy somewhere else. Nissan of Boerne Team, I wanted to share my experience with you. After seeing the 2019 Lexus ES350 on your lot, I spoke with Jonathan the next day on the phone and told him I was interested, but I wasn't in need of a car. I sent all of the information to your staff on my 2014 Lexus IS250 that I planned to trade in, if the offer was right. I explained that I would need about $12,000 for my car and he called me later to say you were at about $11,300. I said that wouldn't work, due to my loan payoff, etc. He said he wasn't going to let $700 get in the way of earning my business and I appreciated that. I told him I would like to drive the car to see if I was really interested. I spent the hour in, what I am sure you know all too well, some grueling traffic headed north on I10. I arrived and was greeted warmly by your staff and by Jonathan. I test drove the car and was not sold on it...different story, not at all your issue...Lexus needs to work on their new infotainment system. I told Jonathan we could look at the numbers and see where we were. This is where my pleasant experience ended. I am in my 40's and have purchased and sold many cars over the years. I can honestly say that this experience left me feeling like I had just walked out of a scam. The price online wasn't the "real" price unless I used your financing. I have an 800 credit score. I'm still not sure what APR YOUR financing team had me at to quote over $900 per month on a 60 month loan...$36,997 for the car somehow worked out to $54,000+ after 60 months? I was told, "Just finance it with us, then refinance with your bank." Yeah, no thanks. When I pushed back on that pricing, he came back with a payment of $743 for 60 months, plus $6,000 down. Great...down to just over $50,000...progress, but still unacceptable. When I said I have my own financing and asked that he went and got me the purchase price of the vehicle with the "TRUE" sticker price...by the way, I notice your website has since marked this car up $450...seriously, who is managing this? Jonathan came back with an all in price of $39,897 after offering $11,400 for my car. I did some quick math and found that with my bank that made my payment $720. I walked in with a MAXIMUM of $700 per month for 60 months in my head. Jonathan pressed that I was buying "peace of mind" in a newer car, yaddi-yaddi-yadda. I countered at $38,700, keeping me at $700 per month for a car I didn't love, but he said there was no way, so I asked for my keys and left. Look, he was doing his job and I don't think any of this was on Jonathan. I think your business model raises some serious ethics questions, especially after the $1,353 mark-up on your 3-2-1 "Deal" that offered free oil changes and car washes. I have news for you, if you are charging me $1,353 for something that I don't have a choice on...it ain't free. Just add it to the sticker price and quit deceiving people. Worth mentioning...the first "offer" he presented me listed this "Protection Deal" at $853. More
