This has really been a stress free experience for me. I was looking to purchase a vehicle, but did not realize how it was going to happen until I was contacted by Jacob Luna. Thanks to Jacob and his manager Roland , we negotiated a really good deal. They were both courteous and helpful. Before we left the dealership, we were receiving texts for our scheduled service appointmen really good deal. They were both courteous and helpful. I live in a small town, and found out that Nissan of Boerne took advantage of a 91 year old Veteran, He went in to buy his first ever electric car and the dealership failed to be sure he understood all Boerne took advantage of a 91 year old Veteran, He went in to buy his first ever electric car and the dealership failed to be sure he understood all the charging needs he needed to have install at his home. Within 24 hours he asked to bring back the new car because it wasn't going to work for him, he tried to get his trade-in back, they offered to return his car to him for a payment of $8600, yes to buy back his clear title car, How dare they do this to an elderly man Shame on you this will be reported to the news media! The salesman and General Manager took advantage of my dad a 91 year old Air Force Veteran by making this car deal. He has never owned an electric car before and they pretended he knew more than they did abou a 91 year old Air Force Veteran by making this car deal. He has never owned an electric car before and they pretended he knew more than they did about the Nissan Leaf. When I talk to the manager he lied to me about my fathers dealings with them. At no time during the purchasing time frame did they inform my father of the need to upgrade his home electrical to quick charge this car. The day after he purchased the car they initial refused to help my father get out of this deal but later agreed to charge him $8600 dollars to give him his car back that he traded in for the Leaf. They are more concerned with getting this 91yr old Vets money than doing the right thing, how very sad. After further discussions it is very clear all Nissan of Boerne cares about is money and have no compassion or understanding for their clients/victims. I hope they enjoy the extra money they extracted from my father and that when they spend that money they feel a little something. As they say there is a special place in xxxx for people who take advantage of the elderly. More
ROLAND supposedly a manager its the worse "MANAGER" ever, rude, LIAR, do not trust this guy for nothing, neither ronnie. waste of time. ALL DAY FOR NOTHING. asking us for documents telling us we are approve we just need one more thing after that, they need something else & we are good to go, literally by the end of the day there was no deal. we were never approved. his rude personality & the way he talks its not a way a manager talks to their customers. i hope theres somebody there at Nissan that can talk to this person & make him understand. he does not know peoples situation to be playing with their time. & if you really want a real dealer that is willing to help their customer go to RED MCCOMBS TOYOTA. .
