Every month I pay $408 of that $9.63 goes to my balance!!! I have paid $11000 on my car already and I still owe 16595!!! Absolutely the worst dealership ever! I didn't even get to see my contract or sign it!!! More
Horrible dealership that needs to be investigated. They are giving all auto dealerships a bad name. Big time bait and switch getting me to drive over 60 miles to view a new 2022 Pathfinder. Confirmed in i are giving all auto dealerships a bad name. Big time bait and switch getting me to drive over 60 miles to view a new 2022 Pathfinder. Confirmed in inventory twice and with an appointment time prior to starting the journey. Guess what, never had it. Was a scam to get the customer in so they can flip you to something else. Nissan better watch this group because they are going to cost Nissan a Lot of business. They cost over $120,000 in sales today! They are quick to offer a tank of gas if you complain. Kiss my! Never ever do business with Nissan or Nissan Boerne. Just a den of thieves! I am still miffed and many other cuss words. Unethical, flim-flam, bait/switch, con artist, unscrupulous, are the cleaner things I can say! More
Warning!! ⚠️ Buyer beware! This place is the WORST! I Warning!! ⚠️ Buyer beware! This place is the WORST! I wish I could rate 0 stars! Please take your business elsewhere. They do not believe in customer Warning!! ⚠️ Buyer beware! This place is the WORST! I wish I could rate 0 stars! Please take your business elsewhere. They do not believe in customer service. They are happy to sell to the “consumer” but then after they get that sale nothing is their concern or responsibility. I made the mistake of purchasing my vehicle here a couple years ago, and experiencing the sales and servicing departments on many occasions. I will say most of the service team tries hard, but not that hard. For example, today I stood in the service lobby while the only guy working there spoke on the phone to a customer who was “drunk” and made the individual on the phone a priority over a paying customer that was there in person to pickup a vehicle. One individual who I believe is Richard was the ONLY ounce of decency to be found. Not to mention I walked home, left my car with them from 9am to 5 to allow plenty of time to work on it, and walked back to pick-up my car. I also scheduled an appointment. So I did not ask for shuttle service or much, other than my 30,000 mile service. After speaking with the “manager” I was made to feel my concerns were my problem. They are “Nissan of Boerne, not Nissan” according to the operations manager, who identified as Joe Staley. I attempted to reach out to a manager after dealing with an inept cashier who by her own statement “did not know” anything! I noticed while waiting in line to get to the cashier, they advertised points for service on a credit card, and 12 months of no finance charges for purchases over $499. My service was almost $700 so I thought it might be good to take advantage of that. With ZERO assistance from the cashier, I applied online, got approved, and attempted to pay with the account number expiration and security code provided by Nissan credit to make my purchase. The cashier said I had to have the physical card as she “did not know how to run it”. She then directed me to call Nissan credit. I did. They advised she call in and they would assist her. She refused. Every ounce of patience was gone after interactions at this terrible business! No resolve. There were also three other individuals behind me in line that were displeased with the service, or COMPLETE lack thereof! I now have a Nissan credit card, for no reason, and a hard credit inquiry. I am beyond disappointed in this representation of Nissan. I was actually going to trade my car in and lease a new Titan at Christmas, but I will never give this business another dollar!!! I advise you to warn your friends and family! When I purchased my vehicle they also promised lifetime car washes and service. Lies! All lies! False advertising at it’s finest! More
Rudy was very nice, but the dealership management has shady tactics. My mother went there today and they added on a $1500 car care package (car washes), which “the dealer puts on all its cars.” She told shady tactics. My mother went there today and they added on a $1500 car care package (car washes), which “the dealer puts on all its cars.” She told them she didn’t want the car washes, but they told her it was mandatory. She had also told them she wasn’t going to use their financing, but when the paperwork came out, they jacked up the price on her car saying that she has to finance with them to get a discount (this is a used car BTW, so it wasn’t like a new car rebate). They neglected to tell her at the beginning that they would be jacking the price up if she used her own financing. Very shady. Don’t waste your hours here. More
Paulina was great to work with; understand, courteous, and low pressure. I definitely recommend working with her. Unfortunately, I was not able to reach a deal due to inaccurate mileage in the advertiseme and low pressure. I definitely recommend working with her. To call this dealership a bunch of crooks is a understatement. Service “advisors” and “technicians” are not trained at all and have no idea what they are doing. Managers don’t take complaints seri understatement. Service “advisors” and “technicians” are not trained at all and have no idea what they are doing. Managers don’t take complaints seriously and in all honestly. The managers are the reason these types of people work at this dealership. This lack of humanity and respect for loyal customers starts and ends with the MANAGERS!! Here is why. 1. Service “advisors” are not trained and way under informed. They didn’t know I could just touch my key on my start button, even with it having no battery or in my case broken from a wash. You can just touch your fob on the start button and it will start your car. Instead Francisco had me turn my car off and then left it stranded, left me stranded so he could sell me stuff I didn’t need. 2. Technicians are not trained or informed either. With my key fob washed and not working as a remote. These idiots said and sold me a not needed antenna for my car. Common sense tells me that if a key fob is broken, as mine is! That its not transmitting a signal, this technician who looked at my car was just trying to sell me something. So instead of using his head, he used his wallet to sell me unnecessary parts. 3. For being crooks they probably should get rid of that big window in the waiting room! I saw with my own eyes the technician take the part he said he installed in my car. Back to the parts department and come out with only a key fob box. This is straight fraud! 4. After selling me a part I didn’t need Francisco (Service advisor) tells me he’s saving me money. Instead of $300 for the antenna they didn’t install. It’s only going to be $340 for the antenna and key fob. On top of that these cons cover up the crime by not itemizing my receipt. The $135 diagnostic fee was turned into “labor” and the 2 parts that were supposedly installed on my car. It only says 1 item for $207. I have dealt with MB of Boerne, Toyota of Boerne and Infiniti of Boerne. Every single time I have ever had service done there is a breakdown of every piece and it’s cost. Not here! Because they ripped me off, committed fraud, and robbed me! So I call to complain to Joe the Service Manager and never got called back. I tried reaching out to the General Manager and crickets! This dealership shouldn’t be a part of Nissan! they don’t represent any kind of integrity, quality and craftsmanship that Nissan stands for! At this point my only course of action is to do a charge back on my credit card for fraud! Because management isn’t doing their job and is actually encouraging this type of behavior by it’s employees!! More
Doug was the most straightforward, trustworthy car salesman that I have dealt with. We knew what we wanted and he made sure we found the right CPO car for us. Definitely ask for Doug for a transparent salesman that I have dealt with. We knew what we wanted and he made sure we found the right CPO car for us.
