If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. The employees of this place are a nightmare. From their so called “top dog manager” that calls all the shots according to himself (Roland) to the dir The employees of this place are a nightmare. From their so called “top dog manager” that calls all the shots according to himself (Roland) to the director of financing, to my sales rep. Awful and unprofessional. When sitting there discussing numbers, I was guaranteed certain interest rates, monthly payments, and down payment amount. upon going to financing getting ready to sign everything was completely different, including especially interest rate and monthly payment. Roland told me to let him do his job and I just sit there in the rudest Manner and tone. That should’ve been my first red flag to leave. My sales rep made me feel so uncomfortable. He followed me around to my car almost in a way that made it impossible to leave. He also followed me around the show room and hovered over me as I was reading through paperwork, and even offered to follow me home to get paperwork needed since I didn’t have it after I told him I would just send it in. FOLLOW ME TO MY HOME. Absolutely No was my reply. They did a really great job of keeping my car key away from me so I couldn’t leave, even after asking several times if I could have it back. My sales rep accidentally left it on the counter to which I grabbed it and put it back in my purse since it is my vehicle. He then asked for it back to keep in his possession, and I told him no I hadn’t signed paperwork to trade it yet. That should’ve been my second red flag. Aside from that, I asked for a moment to call my husband while In financing to tell him everything, literally EVERYTHING discussed previously was now different. Where this finance office was, you could see a clear reflection of the showroom floor because it was later at night and dark outside. In the reflection I saw my sales guy along with another employee flipping me off because they were not sure if I would sign the contract or not. I would love for the owner to pull the footage is was at 6:21pm. At that point I decided I was going to be walking out no if ands or butts. I let the finance Director know that I would not be signing anything or purchasing anything from them and was leaving. I was basically chased out of the dealership and called 5X and texted after their poor and unprofessional behavior. Did I mention they asked me to leave a 5 star review? Will NEVER EVER do business with them, would NEVER recommend. STAY AWAY! More
We recently purchased a new car through Nissan Boerne. Our salesman Marco Deugarte went above and beyond to find us the car we wanted and our payments as low as possible. Let's be honest, most people don't trust a car salesman. . but saying that your salesmen (dealership) should strive to show honesty and respect to their perspective clients. This dealership clearly does NOT protray this at all!!! Ben, one of the sales managers lied to me and my wife multiple times during this deal. Put almost 4k down on a used car. I stated we had a used car for trade, we were told by ben that we would be better off going through KBB at a later date to get rid of it. Guess who called to by the car from KBB! you guess it this dealership and when i asked to speak to a manageryep you guessed it it was ben....shady shady when he figured it out who i was he didnt know what to say, clearly they didn't want to deal with the car during the deal, we had to bring the used car in two days later and they reluctantly added it to our deal. His boss Leo said "he was doing us a favor by taking in the car after our deal was done" and stated he didnt have to help us out and was doing US a favor....THAT IS NOT HOW YOU TREAT CUSTOMERS, I am dissatisfied and discussested of how we were treated. Felt like just another number...I can go more into detail but honestly it probably won't make a difference, just stay clear and go somewhere else.. More

What caught my attention was the foul language being used, "HOT HOT HOT FU**ING M.I.L.F." (Mom I'd Like to Fu**) this was posted right next to the Southwest Protection Package which listed out the warranty. The posting on the wall went on to include the customers first and last name, phone number, location of her work, and hours she was working. It went on to describe her child as a "dorky a$$ band practicing child". They have not only violated the client/customer relationship but have lacked the necessary measures to protect their customers private and personal information. Not to mention, the unfair treatment of women. This was posted in a SHARED office where you had multiple Salesmen working in that office, bringing in all their customers, and not one employee thought this positing was in violation of any ethics or protocol. The culture of this company is disgusting! As far as the pricing, the price they advertise is false, they add on another $2,500 that is non-negotiable, they advertise a different price to get you in the door and then when you go to financing they add the additional cost, no longer making them competitive. They also under valued our trade in, we had 2 other quotes for our trade in, one at $27,500 and the other at $26,500...they offered us $22,000. Watch your back, because they are there to exploit you! I purchased a 2018 Altima the price was 15995 I put 4000 down I didn't want anything extra I took the car home and 30 days later I still had not seen a contract!! I signed one piece of paper at the dealersh down I didn't want anything extra I took the car home and 30 days later I still had not seen a contract!! I signed one piece of paper at the dealership the finance guy imputed my name on a contract I didn't see till too late!! I now have a 20% rate Nissan sent the lender a balance of 16045! Every month I pay $408 of that $9.63 goes to my balance!!! I have paid $11000 on my car already and I still owe 16595!!! Absolutely the worst dealership ever! I didn't even get to see my contract or sign it!!! More

Confirmed in inventory twice and with an appointment time prior to starting the journey. Guess what, never had it. Was a scam to get the customer in so they can flip you to something else. Nissan better watch this group because they are going to cost Nissan a Lot of business. They cost over $120,000 in sales today! They are quick to offer a tank of gas if you complain. Kiss my! Never ever do business with Nissan or Nissan Boerne. Just a den of thieves! I am still miffed and many other cuss words. Unethical, flim-flam, bait/switch, con artist, unscrupulous, are the cleaner things I can say! More
