The price listed at $30,100 was misleading. I drove one hour to get to the dealership and they then told me that the advertised price was only if you financed the car through them and that if I drove one hour to get to the dealership and they then told me that the advertised price was only if you financed the car through them and that if I wanted to pay cash the price was $3,000.00 more. Nowhere in the ad did it mention this. Also, they told me there were mandatory dealer ad ons such as fabric protectant and paint protectant and other things which added another $3,000.00 to the price. I told them that I thought this was misleading and a bait and switch tactic to the unsuspecting consumer. I also left a message for the manager to call me so that I could voice my concerns after I received an email by the manager regarding my experience and have not heard back from them. This was a very frustrating and unpleasant experience. I will not do business with Nissan Boerne! More

Horrible! The service department charged me $200 for unnecessary evaluation and did not correct the original problem. After 2 weeks when said check did not arrive I recontacted him to reconfirm my proper mailing address. He assured me the check would be sent. No check ever arrived. This service manager and his boss never accepted my phone call since. Prior to this event, I loved the service here and planned to make my next car a Nissan. There was a change in staffing and I think this is why the service quality changed. I say lying and theft is what new standard is. You can not trust these people. Do you go here. They have no morals. just now By far the worst attempt to purchase a vehicle in our many years of car buying. So we agreed on a price, and sent all the requested paperwork to the dealership. The next day I called to inquire about the shipping location, and the salesman said there was a problem with our sale and the car was no longer available. He said it wasn't available for sale. So I asked several times for someone to call back, even leaving two messages to the General Manager Kevin Adcock to call me back with an explanation. A week later, not a single call from anyone at this dealership. Very disappointed on their lack of professionalism and total disregard for customer service. If they got a better deal from another customer, then at least have the audacity to call us, really... This was the one car we were truly looking forward to buying, then this dealership pulls the carpet right underneath you....literally. Not a good way to do business. Really disappointed in this dealership, to say the least. More

Used car sale: Was told price on internet was only if Financed through Nissan (not stated anywhere) or would be $2000 more, was told they could APR match my Banks approved loan, Tried to slide in a $2000 Financed through Nissan (not stated anywhere) or would be $2000 more, was told they could APR match my Banks approved loan, Tried to slide in a $2000 Dealer installed option.on top of price, Negotiated price over several days, after agreed on price and APR- came in to be told they could only get me 2% higher than my approved APR (I have 800+ credit), Sales Manager told me i didnt HAVE to buy the car, agreed to terms as I would just refinance, waited over an hour for Finance team, then was told that it was actually another 1% higher (3% over my approved loan) because I didn't trade in a car. My credit shows 4 hard hits from them looking for a lender (I assume trying to get the highest rate since I said I would refinance). Not a good experience at all from a big Dealer, felt more like a Shady corner lot dealer. If it wasn't THAT car, I would have walked away. More
I recently purchased an automobile from this dealership and felt I was duped. Tried to contact to receive my license tags and haven't received any return calls. They turned my credit information over tons of finance companies without my knowledge in which I was denied and caused my credit score to decrease considerably.
