Well-informed, great sense of humor, clear and direct responses to oir questions, and the patience of Job! Due to our time constraints, Kevin found ways to expedite the process and we left that day with a new car. We had only planned on doing a test drive that day. Thanks to Kevin's candor, knowledge and flexibility, we went home with a new car through a deal we are confident was very fair. Thank you, Kevin! More
Best Car Buying Experience Ever!!! I recently purchased a pre-owned Honda Accord Sport from Nissan of Boerne. Mr. Kevin Reid was my sales consultant. He was very professional and person I recently purchased a pre-owned Honda Accord Sport from Nissan of Boerne. Mr. Kevin Reid was my sales consultant. He was very professional and personable and went out of his way to make me feel right at home with purchasing a car. Mr. Reid worked very hard to get the best deal he could for me, and I very much appreciated that. Mr. Reid introduced me to Lance Martin, who was very friendly and gave me the good news about my interest rate and then I proceeded to the finance person, Mike Parra, who took his time and went over all the finance details and the warranty that I was receiving. Normally it takes several hours to purchase a car, but this experience was quick and efficient and never once did I feel pressured. Mr. Reid made this the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I highly recommend Nissan of Boerne, and especially, Kevin Reid, if you’re looking for a new or pre-owned car. More

I believe that the service department of a dealership is really the best test of their customer service and quality. The service department at Nissan of Boerne is absolutely amazing. They set the standard for customer service, quality of work, and reliability. They truly take pride in providing the best service possible. They stand behind their work and will go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied. I willingly drive 40+ miles one way to have any service done by this outstanding department. If you do not believe me give LeRoy a call. I trust him 100%. He will give you honest answers and only provide you with services you want and absolutely need. Though the staff there is amazing he is the one I work with exclusively. The main technician that deals with my vehicles is Richard and he will make sure your vehicle it completed right the first time and returned to you clean and ready for whatever driving you have lined up for it. Though those are my two favorite people there the rest of the staff is just as outstanding and will make sure you are completely satisfied. I have interacted with most of them and have never had a bad experience. Give them a try. You will not be disappointed. More
Dealership Experience Two weeks ago on Wednesday, October 21st, we went into the Nissan of Boerne dealership in Boerne, Texas. We came to see a White Certified 2012 Nissa Two weeks ago on Wednesday, October 21st, we went into the Nissan of Boerne dealership in Boerne, Texas. We came to see a White Certified 2012 Nissan Altima S that we had located on Edmunds.com, We were greeted in front of Dealership by Alfred Urias. We explained what we had come to see and he located the vehicle, got the keys and we went for a test drive. He was polite and considerate of our wants and needs. We explained that we were not buying that day. He did not try to pressure us into getting it. He pointed out the features about the car. He provided us with a Carfax. We let him him know that we needed peace of mind and wanted to have our Mechanic examine the car. Because of his laid back demeaner, we felt very welcomed to the Dealership. We are turned off by high pressure sales and pushy sale persons. Alfred introduced us to the Dealership manager, Bryan. We did not give Alfred our phone number at that time. We returned on the following Tuesday, October 27th, with the intentions of making a deal for the car. We set down with Alfred and worked out the details. He arranged with Bryan for us to take the car to our Mechanic as requested. On returning from our Mechanic, we were directed to Michael Fernandez to finalize the paperwork and any warranty information. Michael was very helpful and made quick work of all required documents. We think that Alfred and Michael should be commended for their excellent Customer Service and a very positive customer experience. We would recommend them and the Nissan Boerne Dealership very highly. However, we have not had the pleasure of dealing with the Service Department as of this time. We have high expectations that we will get the same great service that we experienced from the Sales Department. More
Great shopping experience! I have been building my own Nissan Titan online for some time now, but couldn"t quite find an exact match close to my home. However, Nissan of Boerne I have been building my own Nissan Titan online for some time now, but couldn"t quite find an exact match close to my home. However, Nissan of Boerne had exactly the truck I wanted. I gave them a call and they connected me to Kevin Reid. He quickly checked to make sure they had the truck and also another I was interested in. When I arrived, Kevin was waiting at the front door and within minutes we were looking at the two trucks. He was very laid back and made sure I was completely happy with my choice. He took the time to show me around the beautiful new facility, meet people, and assure me they would take care of any problems should they arise. It was well worth the drive from Austin, and I would recommend others make it. More

We had a great experience and a good time. Kevin kept us laughing, made us feel comfortable and went out of his way to make sure that everything was taken care of before he left for the night. The representative from Nissan of Boer One star is too much for Nissan of Boerne. Before going into the dealership, I shopped around via email. The representative from Nissan of Boerne, Alfred, emailed me the "best deal" from all dealerships I kept in touch with, about $1500 lower than anyone else. After going into the dealership and test driving the car, we were told the price was "wrong", it was the "software" and they couldn't give us the offered price. Practically lured us in with a fake price. We should have known right there and then not to do business with Nissan of Boerne, but since both my husband and I work long hours and don't have time to drive around from one dealership to another we figured, it's the same price everywhere, we are here now, let's buy it. We went ahead and purchased our new Nissan Altima 2015. It had a scratched fender, which we noticed before even test driving it and they promised to fix it. Since then, they have had it in their shop for almost 4 weeks (we have only owned it for 6!). They do not do body work and subcontract Jason Coldway with "Good As New" (a company we cannot find in any directory) to do paint repairs. The first time they attempted to fix the scratch, they put touch up paint on the fender and called it done - the paint didn't even match the rest of the car. We took it back into the dealership again. Now, 3 weeks later, it has been painted over 4 times, because "Good as new" has done a very poor job at repairing our car. You name it - from paint over spray to damaging the paint of adjacent parts, to damaged clear coat or bubbled clear coat. Each time it has been one disaster after another. According to the owner, Umer Khawaja, the work "looks good". According to a very highly rated body shop we showed pictures to, the work is beyond poor and sloppy and could cost thousands to repair properly. After paying over $24 000 for a brand new car, that's exactly what we expect to receive. Wouldn't anyone? We have not. The owner of Nissan of Boerne clearly likes to save a buck, but all that has done is damage our car further and further. We have been lied to numerous times - we will replace the fender with an original one, we will take it to another shop, none of which has happened. The owner was rude enough to comment that no matter what they do we will never be happy - not true. Fix it properly, at a body shop of our choice or if you can't, give us the new car we paid for. We have been beyond patient waiting all this time to have the issue resolved and are yet to see what the car looks like after the 4th paint job. All we needed was a fender repaired. Any body shop will take 3-4 days max. We have had about a third of the car worked on now (passenger door, damaged by painters tape, fender, bumper and hood) and it's taken almost a month and we still don't have it back. Save yourself the frustration and do not purchase from this dealership. We have made multiple calls to them, made multiple trips, wasted time, money and nerves. A car buying experience should never be anything like that. Take your money elsewhere! More
