When our specialist evaluated the scratch of the fender, we did not feel it was necessary to replace the entire car as you requested. We want to make it right and we do believe we can make you a happy customer. We did the work, as promised. The scratch is fixed and ready for your inspection. If the completed work is not to your satisfaction, we can take your new 2015 Altima to the body shop of your choice. We will cover the costs and continue to provide you with a free rental.
