Worst Customer Service Ever!!!! First I want to say John fee was polite and didn't pressure. This review is mainly directed at the Used Car director Alex Sinno and his disrespectful, First I want to say John fee was polite and didn't pressure. This review is mainly directed at the Used Car director Alex Sinno and his disrespectful, rude, and pushy tactics. My wife and I originally went over after work driving 45 minutes to look at a used escape they had. While she test dove I walked around with our 9 month old. I was not looking for a car, but noticed a used Titan. When my wife and John got back I test drove the escape and we started talking about the Titans. This is where John messed up. I asked "hypothetically what kind of deal can we get if we buy two cars?" (Something I feel safe saying doesn't happen very often. He replied, "oh you'd definitely get VIP treatment". This ended up being a huge lie. Hey let me take the Titan overnight and I liked it. I actually found a brand new one I was willing to pay a bit more for. We went back tonight after work and I looked at the new one. They had a xxxx of a deal on it, but we all know they could come down more. We went in to talk numbers. This is where that VIP treatment starts. We were ready to pay cash for both cars btw. He came back with final numbers which included fees, taxes, and accessories. We gave him numbers on both the new Titan and used escape. We asked about 2 - 3 grand below what was listed as he final (I planned on asking for more off and I'm glad I didn't waste my time). He came back from his manager 10 minutes later saying they couldn't do it and that they were already under invoice on the Titan, which we all know not to be true. They charged 1800 for accessories (Maintenance, carpet and paint protectant and "free" car washes). They wouldn't even take any of that off when I asked them to. The nearest car wash they partnered with is 25 minutes from my house. So mandatory accessories. We give another set of numbers again nothing crazy and here comes Alex Dunno . I only know his name because I looked it up when I got home. He came say down in Johns seat never introducing himself or shaking my hand. Buddy this is Texas! Business is done on handshakes. He starts the "this is the best deal in the nation" he offered. He gave the option to get online and look at similar trucks. "I said okay let's surf". He pulled up the truck on their website. Uh yeah buddy I've seen it on your site you said let's look at other offers. My wife is a math teacher pointed out some numbers that didn't add up. He got defenses asking John for a pen so he can explain it to my wife. Strike one Alex. I still waiting for the VIP treatment..... Alex is now very defensive and short while at the same time trying to connect with us on kids an military service. He brought up the free wash tub car washes again. I again told him "I don't need those. I have a good car wash in town". I though Alex was the manager, again he never introduced himself so who knew. Not sure why a used car director was talking to me about a new car. They would not budge off the price online. Keep in mind I'm talking about two cars being purchased. I was never disrespectful or acted like they owed us. I was ready to negotiate like professionals. While the wife was gone I mentioned trading in our 2015 Cherokee. Alex becomes Dr. Jekle. He started laughing and says to John, "oh great now we get to have this conversation with her. They are going to want retail for their trade and us to deduct it off a vehicle." Laughing the whole time like my wife and I are idiots. Strike 2 and 3 you xxxxx. It ate at me the level of disrespect i just received when I was ready to buy two cars. I packed my things and told John, " Nope sorry John, we are out of here. I do not appreciate being laughed at and talked down to. Nothing towards you but he (Alex) just cost you a sale." I will admit I used the F word but didn't tell. It was shamefully the way Alex treated us. I let Alex have it on my way out as he acted like he did nothing wrong. No one gave Chase to apologize. They don't care to earn your business nor will they ever get mine or anyone that I know. More
Came in to test drive and got such a good deal we had to buy Jonathon met us at the door and found the best cars for us to evaluate.
