So I got a phone call from someone stating he was part of the service dept customer satisfaction team. He asked how my service visit was. I started to go over all the issues when he cuts me off and says that he will tell a supervisor. He then says he was really calling to see when I could come in to get my vehicle appraised for trade in to buy another. Really you call and lie and act like you are concerned with customer service but you're just trying to sell me a car again?! Incompetent, and misleading. Those are the primary traits of Nissan of Boerne.
