Shady operation - Be cautious This is a shady operation. If they promise anything or even say they will looking into something for you get it IN WRITING. Their word is worthless. Just wanted an oil change. I made an appointment for an oil change. I arrived about 5 minutes early and was informed it would be at least an hour and a half wait...... I don't I made an appointment for an oil change. I arrived about 5 minutes early and was informed it would be at least an hour and a half wait...... I don't expect even with an appoint to be ushered in and immediately have my vehicle serviced. I know working on cars can have a lot of variables and it is impossible to know how much time each one will take. But with Nissan of Boerne it seems that appointments mean nothing, no difference if you are a walk in or scheduled. Of course someone comes up and wants to talk about trading in your vehicle (eye roll.) You almost wish there wasn't a window to see the progress of your car. You get to see how distracted the tech is. Car goes up, oil filter off, new filter on, car starts to go down, wait forgot to drain oil, back up, oil drained, and then sit for about 30 minutes. Drain plug back in, car goes down and sits for another 20 minutes. Tech walks up, clears lift arms and then stares trying to remember what point of the oil change it is at. Checks dipstick and sees there is no oil and then fills it. This is how you make mistakes and forget to put oil back in. The tech then doesn't remove his greasy gloves and gets in and drives it back out front. I get to clean the steering wheel and shifter myself. I get a sheet saying what work I need to do. They say the steering rack boot is wet and I need to replace the boot at a price of around $700. Well the boot is just there to protect against dust and debris. There is a seal that needs to be replaced if it is leaking. The boot doesn't hold in power steering fluid, the rack seal does. A few days later I hear rattling. My skid plate is missing at least 2 bolt and one is sticking out sideways cross threaded in. Never going back. They seem to be on the same level of quality as a walmart lube center. More

Deceptive Sales practices I was sold a used vehicle under the guise that a scheduled maintenance procedure was performed - typical about $800-$1000. This was reinforced to me t I was sold a used vehicle under the guise that a scheduled maintenance procedure was performed - typical about $800-$1000. This was reinforced to me twice during the sales process. At purchase the paperwork was not available because service was closed, according to the salesman. When I pursued the records the following day I was told the work was never performed and they have no intention of doing or paying for the work that I thought I paid for when purchasing the vehicle. I am still in dispute with them and will update as issue progresses. Final update: apparently the issue went to he Comptroller & Owner. Their only response was to return the vehicle, because the Salesman told me there are other people interested in the vehicle, So they think they can get more $$ for the vehicle. But that isn't a reasonable option, I found a vehicle that meets my needs and shouldn't have to start all over just because they insist on using lies to sell cars. They act as if they have no culpability in the deal. Considering there are so many places to purchase a car, my take away is defiantly not to shop at Nissan of Boerne or any dealership owned by Umer Khawaja! More
