Andy was professional, communicative, and made sure I understood everything about the repair. Jeff did a fantastic job with the installation—efficient, skilled, and thorough. My car is running perfectly thanks to their expertise. I truly appreciate their honesty and top-notch customer service. Highly recommend Bayshore Nissan and them for any automotive needs! More
Disappointed in Nissan of Bay Shore service department. My transmission was replaced in 2022, covered by my warranty, I paid $100 out of pocket. Beginning of 2025, I noticed my car making loud noises when My transmission was replaced in 2022, covered by my warranty, I paid $100 out of pocket. Beginning of 2025, I noticed my car making loud noises when I would brake. I had my father take it to a local mechanic, they told him whoever replaced my transmission, used defective parts. I took it back to Nissan of Bay Shore, they confirmed that the noise is coming from my transmission, and the parts that were used were defective. My warranty was only going to cover $1,200 and Nissan had to pay the difference (total cost of transmission around $6,000). Nissan did not cover the rest of this for me. I contacted Nissan Consumer of Affairs to make a complaint against the dealership, unfortunately, they decided to not take the complaint. Nissan had my car for over two weeks and when I went to pick up the car, my car was in the same condition as when I dropped off the car to Service. The only good thing about the situation was I was given a loaner car, and the Service Advisor, Stephen was great at communicating with my father and I and was very friendly, but still, my car was not fixed in the end. To make matters worse, when I went to pick up my car, the service advisor (didn’t get her name) that was working had the nerve to ask me to sign a form acknowledging the “service” that was done to my car, which was basically nothing, not even a complimentary car wash. Highly disappointed in this dealership and I hope whoever is reading this, thinks twice about purchasing a vehicle/ having a major service job done at this dealership. More

Never ever go this service center in Bayshore Nasty even at the cashier desk they don’t even say ThankYou. More
I went to service my Sentra 2022. I waited an hour and a half and I was told the radio was the issue on why the sound in my car wasn’t working. I had to get back to work so ordered a radio and told me to just come back the next day. They had me wait 3 hours the next day after telling me it would be a quick fix. Afterwards they tell me the radio wasn’t actually the issue it was an electrical issue and that they would put me in a loaner. I get a call the next day from a different employee telling me that they put the new radio in and my car was ready to be picked up (Confused because I was told that actually wasn’t the real issue had to call out of work because of it) but the bad news is that my speaker in the back of my car has short circuited and they won’t cover that because “I had a lot of items in my trunk that may have been the reason why”. However before this insistence all of my speakers worked. They were firm on the fact they won’t cover my speaker that I’m sure they broke botching the situation trying to find out what was wrong with my car. On top of everything I get my car and the lining around the radio was popped out of place when I got my car back, so I could literally pull my radio right out if I or anyone else chose to do so. Which was another 20 min wait. 0/10 service nasty and dishonest individuals. Stan and the manager Anthony. As well as the lazy mechanic that worked on my vehicle. More

I have brought my 2015 Murano twice and the problem still isn't resolved. I had to pay both times. Rain leaks into my car still. I will ask for a manager the 3rd time. I am in fact another customer that wishes I can rate 0 starts. This is my experience with their disaster of a service department. For starters, Prepare to spend HOURS here; whether it’s an oil change, ins starts. This is my experience with their disaster of a service department. For starters, Prepare to spend HOURS here; whether it’s an oil change, inspection, etc. What’s the point of having an appointment if you have to spend hours here for something that should take 30 minutes. You’re told “any minute now” for hours. (I once spent 3 hours here for a scheduled oil change- yea you read that correctly) On another occasion, I made an apt for a service & inspection. They did the inspection before servicing my car- obviously resulting in a failed inspection and they tried to make me pay for it twice! Wouldn’t any good/respectable mechanic service your vehicle before the inspection? Not here. I lease a 2019 and came here for an oil change and they tried suckering me into paying for new tires, brakes, and filters (I’ve had the car for a little over a year really!?) Also came here with my tires aligned perfectly and left with them off and they tried to charge me for the alignment adjustment that they caused by rotating my tires! (I did see tons of reviews saying they scam you into paying for unnecessary services/ hidden fees). If they ask, say NO to their $180 alignment that they don’t tell you the price of until after it’s completed. Note- they charge you $500 if you don’t lease with them again (in the fine print). If you’re bored and enjoy spending the entirety of your day in a dealership, this place is for you! Also heard the service manager Joe call multiple female employees a b**** which was very unprofessional and distasteful to say in front on customers especially for a manager. Worst experience with a service/ dealer I’ve ever had. Avoid at all costs. More
Stopped in for an oil change. Took over an hour & not to mention, while sitting in the waiting room, not one male employee was wearing their mask the correct way or at all. I Bought my Altima in June 2019. I was also told free oil changes and tire rotation for life of my lease. I was even given a certificate with my Name, Vin # and Managers Signature on it. When I scheduled my appointment last week, I was told that Nissan corporate does not honor this anymore. I told them I should be in the system and I have a certificate and if Nissan doesn’t do it for free I should be grandfathered in as that was part of my negotiation for leasing the car.in 2019. So next step I called the Service Manager. When the Service Manager Joe finally answered the phone, he said I could give you the oil change for the lease of the car for $24.99 but if I do have the certificate he would honor it. Well when I bought the car in and presented it to Joe he back tracked and said he could only do this oil change for free this time only. Then I went to speak to the Manager (if you could call him a manager smug and arrogant) Simon who also does not return calls. His excuse is he does not get the messages. In the real world his receptionist would be fired. Simon solution he will take me out of my lease that day and give me a new car with a maintenance agreement free of charge. Is that not ridiculous? We are talking about an oil change folks. I have leased many cars and have sent friends to Bayshore Nissan because at one time their service department was phenomenal. They will never see me or my friends again. Believe it or not the great Simon did not even know the Regional office phone number when I asked for it. For anyone that has or had this problem I suggest you call Nissan Consumer Affairs at 800-647-7261. I did and I will be getting free oil changes for the life of my lease.
