They get you in and out in a timely fashion. Everyone is always pleasant and welcoming. There's always suggestions without any pressure. I like that. I bought a new car the beginning of February and it has been to the shop twice for the same issue in the last month. The first service adviser Phillip acted like he didn’t care to help me and wouldn’t give been to the shop twice for the same issue in the last month. The first service adviser Phillip acted like he didn’t care to help me and wouldn’t give me an update unless I called and looked for him. The issue never got fixed. The second time my car was in the shop Tony, the advisor, was nice but I still had to call for any updates. Spoke with the technician who was very nice and truly seemed like he wanted to help resolve the problem. The majority of cashiers who helped me we’re nice but when I went to go pick up my car the lady was extremely rude. I waiting behind someone else and she never seemed to help the lady in front of me and once she asked what I needed she told me to go find Tony. She acted like she didn’t know what she was doing and another adviser ended up coming to help me and let Tony I was there to pick up my car. More

Just got car there less than a month ago. There were not any issues. Took it to get the oil change and they did something which caused an oil leak. This was not an issue before they serviced There were not any issues. Took it to get the oil change and they did something which caused an oil leak. This was not an issue before they serviced it and they will not fix the issue that they caused. The will not take accountability for something they did to a car that was just purchased there last month. Bad business and service! Will consult lawyer and better business. More
