Nissan of Athens - Service Center

Long wait So I want this Saturday for my scheduled oil change for my car. As soon as we pulled in it took 10 minutes for some one to get to my car. Then once th So I want this Saturday for my scheduled oil change for my car. As soon as we pulled in it took 10 minutes for some one to get to my car. Then once they did they said it would be a two hour wait, I was already their and couldn’t put off my oil change my my new car! However they did have a play room for my kids and free snacks and sodas. Also they have a tv in the kids room we could change as well. I did ask for a shuttle bus to drive me to a location while we waited, they stated they didn’t provide shuttle buses on the weekend due to short staff. I did get my husband to come and get me and they did send a text saying that my car was ready. Once I arrived to get my vehicle it was immaculate as far as cleanliness and service goes it was very good! So if you don’t mind the way I would suggest this location for your vehicle to get its maintenance and or oil change. Overall a good experience! More

Only reason rating was not excellent was because I needed an oil change and service for a flashing air bag warning flashing on my dash.. after two hours I was told all was good and that a cable was unplugged causing the warning. Went to pull out and warning was still flashing. Case worker immediately took it back in and I was told in needed a module. I was set up with a loaner. .wondering why the mechanic missed the issue the first time. More
