Surprise! I purchased a used 2017 Nissan Pathfinder in March of 2018 and to my surprise, the transmission slipped out of drive one day as i was attempting to pu I purchased a used 2017 Nissan Pathfinder in March of 2018 and to my surprise, the transmission slipped out of drive one day as i was attempting to pull out of a driveway. I scheduled a service appt for the next morning at 8 am. They got my vehicle back right away and 2 hours later (they made sure they checked everything and drove it a couple of times) I was being authorized for a replacement transmission. I was so upset. I just knew this was going to be a long process. Once they got authorization, they had me in a loaner car in less than 30 minutes and my transmission was replaced and my car was ready to pick up in 3 days. In exactly the time frame I was given. Heather was beyond awesome at keeping in touch with me to let me know the progress. I’ve had no further issues so far and I’m confident in the work that was performed. I’ve always used them for my oil changes and i know I can go to them with any question or concern and they will happily help me out. It’s like going to visit a group of friends everytime I have to go. I’d recommend them to anyone! More

Best Service Advisors The service advisors at this dealership are unrivaled. I’ve taken my car for service at a few dealerships but Nissan of Athens will do their best to h The service advisors at this dealership are unrivaled. I’ve taken my car for service at a few dealerships but Nissan of Athens will do their best to help out, even with non-Nissan cars. I’ve received better service here compared to the Toyota dealerships (haven’t tried the Toyota of Athens dealership) with my Toyota Camry. Would highly recommend to friends and family More

Long wait So I want this Saturday for my scheduled oil change for my car. As soon as we pulled in it took 10 minutes for some one to get to my car. Then once th So I want this Saturday for my scheduled oil change for my car. As soon as we pulled in it took 10 minutes for some one to get to my car. Then once they did they said it would be a two hour wait, I was already their and couldn’t put off my oil change my my new car! However they did have a play room for my kids and free snacks and sodas. Also they have a tv in the kids room we could change as well. I did ask for a shuttle bus to drive me to a location while we waited, they stated they didn’t provide shuttle buses on the weekend due to short staff. I did get my husband to come and get me and they did send a text saying that my car was ready. Once I arrived to get my vehicle it was immaculate as far as cleanliness and service goes it was very good! So if you don’t mind the way I would suggest this location for your vehicle to get its maintenance and or oil change. Overall a good experience! More
