général car service made an appointment for 7:30 am and left around 11:30. waiting room had too many televisions all at loud volumes; everyone was on phones or computers made an appointment for 7:30 am and left around 11:30. waiting room had too many televisions all at loud volumes; everyone was on phones or computers anyway- it drove me nuts. my car was serviced well and the service person helping me, heather, was exceptional. she knew what she was talking about, came in to update me, and really went above and beyond to make sure my questions were answered. my brakes were repaired (i thought I was going to need new ones), so it was a rare surprise. glad I only have to do this from time to time but grateful that skilled leaf technicians were there to work on my car. More
