Service department sending mixed messages on dropping car off. It’s almost like they didn’t want to do the simple oil change service. I took my car in for it's 1st free oil change and tire rotation. The check in process was very quick. I used the Shuttle service to get back to my office. When my car was done, I received a call and was rotation. The check in process was very quick. I used the Shuttle service to get back to my office.
