SERVICE DEPARTMENT POOR, I have no problem with the techs or the work that is done. My rating has to do with the Service Manager and the attitude and service i receive from the reps in the service depa techs or the work that is done. My rating has to do with the Service Manager and the attitude and service i receive from the reps in the service department. I have this same response whether i am in person or on the phone. I have been with the Athens Nissan dealership for over 14 years and the last year has been the worst. I will not buy from this dealership again. I have stayed with this dealership because of my relationship with the service department. NOT anymore. Poor communication and Poor customer service. Again, this is not in regards to the techs and the people that work behind the scenes. More
The mechanic who worked on my truck was able to fix a problem with a dashboard light that remained on. He did this without charge and saved me a large repair that was recommended by a different auto sho problem with a dashboard light that remained on. Also as I was driving off, a service person saw that I left my water bottle behind and came running after me to hand it back. These were two nice gestures that were much appreciated. More

It was so refreshing to take my car in for a potential problem and have your service adviser (Jonathan Magnus) tell me no problem could be found, and there would not be any charges. Wow!!
