Extremely arrogant and unprofessional Sales Manager When I questioned David, Sales Manager why the price of the car listed on the financing proposal was $500 more than what we agreed, he stated that he When I questioned David, Sales Manager why the price of the car listed on the financing proposal was $500 more than what we agreed, he stated that he ran the financing through Nissan which gave me a $500 rebate and that was how he was able to agree on the price of the car. So I asked if this meant that I could only get the car for our agreed upon price if I financed with a Nissan. He said yes. I states that was not ever mentioned and there was no discussion of the price being contingent upon financing with a particular company. He became offended and huffy as I expect loaned that I had been honest and he could not put a condition on the price and not communicate it to me. His response was “ yes I can because it is my car and my deal”. Nevermind the fact that I was only sitting there because as I was getting ready to walk out and keep looking, they approached me and wanted to know if I would buy that day if they met the price I was looking for. He is arrogant, rude and runs a sloppy show. After agreeing on the deal, I had to wait 1 hour and 20 minutes for the finance guy to even start on my papers. Then the find out from one of his employees that he talked bad about me after I left. We were told the 2nd key was missing and to come back in a couple of days and they would have it for us. Well we returned and as he saw my son walking up, he told the Salesperson.........we lost the key and I am not ordering them one because they already got a good deal on the car. So.......going back on his word. He would not return my call when I called the following day to ask for some accommodations with the financing. He sent word thru the Saleaperson because I had already gotten a good deal. So my job as a consumer is to negotiate the best deal I can with MY money and his job is to negotiate on behalf of the dealership. But because he fees “I won” he is pouting and refusing to provide any reasonable customer service. He is a total jerk!! The owner of this dealership needs to know how poorly David represents his dealership. And he claims he is the “top dog” at the dealership and there is no one over him other than the owner. More
