Kathy, Thank you for taking the time to review your visit to the dealership. Having attempted to pull the information on your visit, I am having trouble as we do not have a Dewayne that works here. Not being perfect in our repsonses, we come close to 100% response rate to all requests. I am sorry that you feel you did not get the response that you expected. I have found that many of our emails hit customers "spam folder" and if you check, I would suspect you would find them.
