Initially my experience here was ok for a car dealership. However, after my purchase I felt that the customer service was lacking. I was promised several things, but the staff never delivered. I had the best experience ever purchasing my new car. I asked for and received quotes via email. When I arrived at Nissan of Athens, everything (pricing) was just as Dana stated it would be. No hidden fe asked for and received quotes via email. When I arrived at Nissan of Athens, everything (pricing) was just as Dana stated it would be. No hidden fees like at other dealerships I had inquired at in Gwinnett. The car was pulled upto the front door and ready for me to drive home. I wouldn't shop anywhere else. Dana and Richard made this car purchase about as hassle free as possible. It is nice to do business with people who are honest and have integrity. More
A better sales person would have closed the sales. Refused to accept an appointment for later that same after saying I had to let the process work through the system since I had walked on the lot. Also, wasted time driving around looking for model I wanted instead of checking with office to see if they had one (they didn't). Richard does not return emails in a timely manner, if at all. While he says he does, I do have the email exchanges to show different, then he just quit emailing back, causing the loss of the rebates, should they have had the model I wanted. Lost the sales, and I may end up in a Nissan, just not from here. More
