Ok on the second day ignored and left the first day. Very busy on 11/29/2018- 3:30pm I was ignored so I left. I made an appointment for 7:30 the next day. I couldn't get the service department when transferred so the young lady up front made the appointment. I arrived the next day came to the service desk and was told we open in 5 minutes. So I waited. When time was up they told me to drive up. 45 mins later my car was ready. They had plastic on the seat which was nice and paper on the floor on top of dirt on the floor mats. Minute lube will at least vacuum the driver side. I own a 2018 Nissan Altima and this is my first oil change. I have one more free bee and I am reluctant to use it there. Thinking about taking it to Sutherland in Gwinnett. I also had $250.00 towards a new car. Never used never received. Wow I'm really disappointed. But at least they took my advice on the coke, water and snacks in the waiting area. More

Very impressed, this time We’ve used Athens Nissan several times in the past and to be honest never had great service. This time I will have to say was entirely different. We took our car in on Monday morning for diagnostics. Tim was our service manager, he called me multiple times to keep me updated. On Tuesday they discovered we needed a new transmission. By Wednesday afternoon it was completed and ready for pick up. I was most impressed by the communication this time versus times prior. They kept us up to date and were very courteous. More
