Very disappointed that salesman set a false expectation upon our arrival not only was Mark rude. They completely tried to use common used car tactics and that was very distasteful. They do no like if you have your own finance company which should say a lot in itself. The car also had been involved in a accident whether at fault or not. We pointed out the fact that under that car had damage and a bolt to replace a part was an aftermarket item. The person who was sent to smooth things over, I guess because he looked like us and had been there longer ( allegedly ) admitted that we "knew our stuff". Complete waste of time and energy. get your offer in writing before you even get to this lot if you choose to do business with them. More
