Brand new car in shop 3 times for same issue, plus several times didn’t take it in. Sent videos to service department after the 3rd time, about 5 videos sent now. The dealership itself is very nice but I had a bad experience because the salesman really don't tell you everything and they are very munipualative. The salesman didn't tell me that I had a $750 rebat experience because the salesman really don't tell you everything and they are very munipualative. The salesman didn't tell me that I had a $750 rebate on my new Nissan. He just applied it to my down payment without my permission. I didn't find out to after it was over with, later on that night. Plus the fact that they charged me a very high ridiculous interest rate. More
