Reliable and honest service I an very satisfied with the service I receive from Nissan of Athens. I feel they are very honest, and they never try to “upsell” me as some other sh I an very satisfied with the service I receive from Nissan of Athens. I feel they are very honest, and they never try to “upsell” me as some other shops do. As a single woman it is very important to be able to take my car somewhere that I trust. I took my car in recently when I had trouble starting it on a very cold morning - even though the battery was recently replaced. Service advisor Heather Harrell went above and beyond to help figure out the problem. We spoke with the shop foreman and solved the mystery. (If you move your car a short distance then let it run for a few minutes before turning it off - especially if the temp outside is very cold). I highly recommend the service department at Nissan of Athens!!!! Thank you!!! More

He tried told the manager what she was doing was wrong. whilebhe was on the phone with my mother he was very rude to her and had a really bad way of explaining things so we could understand them. When he got the sale he was ok but before that, not so good. Overall the dealership is fantastic. More
