I purchased my car from yal and only yal have serviced it. Overall the service had been consistently very good. The only complaint I have is that ther was a moderate amount of oil debris on the steering w it. Overall the service had been consistently very good. The only complaint I have is that ther was a moderate amount of oil debris on the steering wheel , a couple smudges on interior roof and by exterior handle. Phillip was very nice to me and was able to help me a lot in exchanging the loaner cars. More

NATE SARTAIN was the employee who handled me at Nissan of Athens. I went in for a small issue with my radiator fan. Nate assured me that he could help me after a $150 diagnosis, which is a standard price. Af Athens. I went in for a small issue with my radiator fan. Nate assured me that he could help me after a $150 diagnosis, which is a standard price. After the diagnosis, he quoted me $669.20 to replace a fan control module. After further research, I found that the control module was priced at $94.99 by the manufacturer (Infiniti). I was then quoted $555.00 for labor... This was a plug-in-play part that was attached to the top of the engine below the hood. I simply bought the part straight from Infiniti and replaced the part. It took me less than 10 minutes as I needed to only remove one bolt that was holding the device to the body of the car. I asked Nate why his quote was so expensive and he told me that the part cost $114.20 which was obviously higher than the manufacturer sold the part for. Their service fee for a 10-minute one-person job was $555.00. This is a very shady location and I wish that Nissan would hold their employees accountable. More
