Express Service extremely busy, However got mine done in hour 15 min. I had expected it to take much longer due to the number of folk’s getting oil changes, express services. My service rep Jonathan was very helpful from my call Friday to when i got my keys back after done. Recommended watch back brakes in yellow on test so i plan to call and get that scheduled in a couple months as needed. Only improvement i would suggest due yo volume of customers is waiting area in desperate need of updating with needing more seating, plus smelled with bathroom in that small area too. We decided to leave and came back. Also want to give a shout out to the nice gentleman that ran us down the street. Very friendly and good driver. More

The wait time is very long, even with an appointment they are over booked including possibly walk-in. Also it took me a while to be even be seen, but of course on the day I arrived the computer systems was d are over booked including possibly walk-in. Also it took me a while to be even be seen, but of course on the day I arrived the computer systems was down. which I’m not complaining about that but it’s my second time getting service and I had to get a mechanic to get the employees to see me and get my information. But serge did an awesome job getting the job done and getting me home. More
