I had been looking into trading in my 2003 Altima and looked into financing prior to going to Nissan Village. They worked with me to find a new Altima that had all the options I was looking for and so looked into financing prior to going to Nissan Village. They worked with me to find a new Altima that had all the options I was looking for and some new ones at a price I could afford. Eric and Nick wanted to make sure I was satisfied with everything and I was! And when I came to pick up the car, it was ready and waiting for me. I couldn't have been more pleased with the entire experience. I would recoomend Nissan Village to anyone who is looking for a car -- new or used! More

From the time I entered the lot I was greeted by several people in a very friendly but not pushy manner. This was my first experience buying a vehicle on my own and I was a little wary of the "car salesman people in a very friendly but not pushy manner. This was my first experience buying a vehicle on my own and I was a little wary of the "car salesman" syndrome. I went to Nissan Village because two of my co-workers bought from them and had good experiences so that was a place for me to start. I explained up-front I was just starting to look and had time before I needed to replace me vehicle. I was told by the salesman: no pressure, take as long as I needed; test as many as I wanted; and if I didn't find something that fit my agenda, he would put me on the "locater list". True to his word, he did not hassle me with phone calls until he found what I was looking for. He did not pressure me or try to "sell" me on certain vehicles or features. He was courteous, and pleasant at all times and took the nerves out of this very big venture for me. I have not yet experienced the service department other than the work they did in preparing the vehicle for pick-up. To date I have no complaints and will recommend this dealer and this salesman to anyone. More
Very courteous staff. Best experience in buying a car yet. Even the staff members that were not involved in the sale of the vehicle were very helpful. We had a WONDERFUL experience with Al! We weren't even sure when we walked in if we could afford the truck we were looking at, but Al made it happen. It was completely NO pressure every step of the way, sure when we walked in if we could afford the truck we were looking at, but Al made it happen. We've rarely had such a pleasant experience in a car dealership! We are more than satisfied with our entire experience, and very happy with our new truck. I came in, interested in a white Pathfinder, SE. Withink 15 minutes we had agreed on a price and my trade. No Back and forth several times to the sales manger, just once to appraise my trade. They did not have a white one in stock but said they would do their best to find one. On Tuesday Eric advised he had found a white one at another dealership and would pick it up the next day. The next day, Eric called, advised that he had gone to pick it up, but there was a large scratch on the real bumper - which could be painted, but that is not the way they do business. He found another Pathfinder in a different color, as asked me if I would like that - I agreed, and now the happy owner of a new 2010 Pathfinder with a deluxe package, only about $1000 more that what the basic package was going to be, that we originally agreed on. Obiously they are business to make a profit, which is good, as if they didn't they would not be there to service my vehicle in the future. But profit is fine, if not gouging - I am very happy with the vehicle, the price and especially the caring and professionalism of the Nissan Village team More

I recently brought my 2009 Nissan Altima 2.5S Sedan into Nissan Village to have some aftermarket rims installed. They were very friendly when I first arrived. They took my car in, and installed the new rim Nissan Village to have some aftermarket rims installed. They were very friendly when I first arrived. They took my car in, and installed the new rims. After the rims were mounted, they came over and let me know that the rims were installed and the car was ready for us. I checked all of my rims, and there were no scratches. They did an excellent job of installing my wheels and balancing them. The next day, while driving home from school on the highway, I noticed a shimmy in my steering wheel. When I arrived home, my mom called Nissan Village and they told me to bring it in as soon as I could. Apparently the wax I used when I waxed the rims caused one of the stick-on balancing weights to fall off. Without any hesitation, they took the car in and re-balanced the rim. I drove the car home on the highway and there was no shimmy. This morning, I was driving into school, and my TPMS light came on. After school, I brought it back in, and they diagnosed one of the TPMS sensors as faulty and said that it had failed. They replaced it free of charge. Nissan Village has always been great with my car. Everytime that I have gone in for service, they have always been friendly, and the service was completed above expectations. I will always go back to Nissan Village for service and parts. Their prices are very good also. Overall, I would recommend Nissan Village to anyone interested in purchasing a Nissan or having service done. More
