He took time out of his own life to make sure we were taken care of. We decided on the car on Tuesday night and had to drive in the next morning to do the paperwork. Even though he wasn't scheduled to work until 1 PM, he came in at 9 AM to meet us and be available in case we needed anything. Then, when a runner wasn't available to take care of the registration and vehicle emissions testing, Matt did all of the leg work. This is an even greater feat given that we live in CT and he had never done a CT registration and emissions testing before. Still, he prepared for the work properly and we got through it together in good time. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Matt and Nissan Village to anyone! More

My experience with Nissan Village has been exceptional. I was looking to get out of my previously leased Altima. Matt Barrett walked me through my options. He was kind, understanding and I believe very honest. You can't say you get that feeling from too many sales managers. Never once did I feel pressured to make a purchased and I honestly felt they were trying to give me the best deal they could. I left the dealership with a lot to think about. 3 days later I went back to the dealership and Nick immediately recognized me and came to help me. I had decided to go ahead with our deal and haven't regretted it once. Nick and Stan (finance manager) made my transition in to my new lease seamless. All the while, Matt was making sure my car was ready for me to take as soon as we finished the paperwork. He took care of transferring my plates and filling up the tank. I've been a customer of Nissan Village for 3 years and have never once had a bad experience from service to sales. The service dept offers the best price on oil changes in the area and the sales team in always courteous and knowledgeable. The best part....I also saved a ton of money. To appease my father I did go to a few other dealerships to see what they could offer me and they both said I was getting a great deal at Nissan Village, a deal they couldn't match. I feel like I've built a great relationship with Nick and will continue to do business with him as well as refer my friends and family to his dealership. More
