Had a great experience at Nissan Villge in North Attleboro. The salesman Tom was extremely friendly and helpful! We have had several Nissans. We just bought our 6th (Rogue). We now drive a Murano & a Rogue. We have never dealt with the Village before & we will never deal with anyone else. They were great. I was recommend to Nissan Village by a friend that i work with that recently perchaced a Nissan Altima. My friend said i would be satified with the quality of service, and expertise. The best experience buying a car so far. Matt made it a lot easier for me to make MY decision by spending a lot of time with me. Matt was simply Awesome. Highly recommended. He also jumped through some hoops at the end of deal to accommodate my busy schedule. Much appreciated and completed the circle of a fantastic experience. I cannot begin to say enough POSITIVE and GREAT things about the staff at Nissan Village. From the moment you walk in the door, you are greeted by the very friendly, helpful and knowledgable staff. Never once was the sales staff pushy or over bearing always prompt and accommodating with my questions, concerns and needs. I purchased my first Nissan from there three years ago. I was first greeted by the general manager who then directed a sales person to assist me. Being a woman, I find it very frustrating when purchasing a car. It seems like most car dealerships and sales people like to take advantage of a woman. Never once was this the case at Nissan Village. My first experience was such a positive and enjoyable one that when it came time for a new vehicle there was no doubt in my mind that I was returning there. Nick treated me as if I was purchasing a very expensive vehicle when in fact I had purchased a lower end model. As I watched others around me, I noticed it didn't matter whether you were purchasing a $10,000 car or a $50,000 car, everyone was treated with respect. I felt like I was the most important customer there. I highly recommend ANYONE and EVERYONE to purchase a vehicle from Nissan Village!!!!!!!!! I love them :) More

I am a bartender at a restaurant in Foxboro, I met Mr. Rustom there and through conversation I learned of his position at Nissan Village, in North Attleboro. It just so happens I have been driving my Niss Rustom there and through conversation I learned of his position at Nissan Village, in North Attleboro. It just so happens I have been driving my Nissan and my lease was soon to end. Having never leased a vehicle before I had asked Mr. Rustom several questions about turning a lease in. Mind you he was not working at the time and was there with company, but never once seemed to mind about giving me advice. A few weeks later I had seen him again he remembered about my situation and asked if I had done anything with my lease. I talked with him some more about different options and cars and what I might be able to afford. He called one of his sales people (Mr. Tom Pepper) and asked him to fax to me an application. I took it home filled the application out and re-faxed it back. I was later approved and Nick had called me ad told me to stop by. I was completely taken back by the service I experienced on Thursday, March 31st. I had expected to go and deal with someone other than Nick, the GM of the store, but at no time did Nick walk away and let someone else handle my sale, and he along side with Tom Pepper answered all of my questions and concerns and made a stressful situation to me so easy and relaxed. They proceeded to show me several vehicles that were of interest to me. Mr. Pepper had to leave the site several times to retrieve some of these vehicles that were parked at a different location. Never once did he seem to mind, as indecisive as I was, they showed me a vehicle I absolutely fell in love with. . color, extras and all. I was nervous when I saw the sticker price and thought I will never be able to afford this. Nick said lets work the numbers; mind you they had worked the numbers on all of the other vehicles I had seen earlier in the morning as well. To my surprise we were able to come to a payment I was extremely comfortable with. I had asked about a remote starter, they put it in the very next morning and I was able to sign all the papers and drive my vehicle home that very day. AMAZING! The next day, I received a phone call from both Nick and Tom at different times asking if I had any questions and making sure myself and my family were pleased with our purchase. I am so grateful to have met Nick Rustom and Tom Pepper, these gentlemen went above and beyond, and they showed such professionalism and kindness.
