I Would Never Buy A Car Here Again This dealership use to be good but not anymore. I bought a used 2012 Sentra May 28th 2015 about six weeks ago and the car had a few problems that they This dealership use to be good but not anymore. I bought a used 2012 Sentra May 28th 2015 about six weeks ago and the car had a few problems that they promised to fix, they didn't. Then while driving the car I noticed a few more serious issues the first was that you cannot keep the car going in a straight line it drifts both left and right. Then when a car cut in front of me and I had to brake a little hard the car pulled violently to the right. If a car had been parked on my right I would have surely hit it. Took a ride with one of their mechanics he said that the front struts are bad. Paid an additional $2000 for a so called extended repair warrantee that they don't honor either. This Dealer Seriously Sucks! I have been to the dealership complaining about these and other issues and as of today 5 or more times (7l13/15) and they haven't fixed anything. Oh they take the car into the service department and keep it for 2, 3, or more hours then return the car to you without doing a thing, Like I said, I'm getting is a run around. Complained to everyone including the GM and still got the run around. Do Yourself A Favor, Do Not Buy A Car or Have Your Car Serviced At This Dealership. More
Service is awful. I feel completely unsafe in my car! Over the last 2, maybe 3 months, I have been in and out of this place with my 2014 Altima...mostly for the same reason, computer issues. I went in for an oil change the first time, regular work, went in immediately after when I read online there was a recall on the vehicle that impacted the passenger airbag sensor shutting off the airbag. They said they fixed it. Went in again because the issue was still going on and the airbag sensor was faulty. This time, however, not only was that sensor faulty, the whole computer was glitchy. It would shut off and turn back on, resetting everything. It wouldn't run the map or the navigation correctly. They said they would look into it and said that the software was out of date. Last night, my car wouldn't start because the key couldn't be recognized. I had to sit there and fiddle with the key and buttons and somehow, I got it started and home. This morning, car wouldn't even start. The key would recognize and it just sat and made clicking noises and everything on the dash would flicker around, then would sit as the music played but the car doesn't start and the brakes lock up. I had to have AAA tow my car after calling Nissan and speaking to Lisa who informed me it wouldn't cost anything for AAA to tow it. Yeah it cost me $80. So now my car is sitting at the dealship, I don't feel safe driving this car anymore. Oh and to put icing on the cake, while I'm there, they inform me of ANOTHER recall on the car. Why do I just get notifications when I'm AT the dealership with an issue? This place is completely 100% unreliable. I believe they ruined my car. It's become an overpriced piece of metal. And you know what the kicker is? No one will do anything about it. They won't properly fix my car. They won't even convince me that I will be safe in it anymore. They fail in my book. They only reason why I had it towed here is because they screwed it up. Now it's their job to own up to their faults and rectify the situation. Matt, Raynham, MA More

I had no appointment and was just circling the lot to see the inventory, when a smiling gentleman came out from the showroom and asked if we would like to stop and see some cars. When we answered "yes" he ushered us into the cool inviting space and took us to his desk. I immediately noticed his courteous and traditional manners. I volunteered to wait until a saleman was available, he turned and said--"I am a saleman and I will help you now." This was my introduction to a kindly and effective salesperson, John Araujo, When we road- tested a couple of cars and still I could not come to a decision, , we left with his promise to hold the Rogue that I liked for 24 hiurs. I could not decide and let the time lapse. When I called back a few days later to ask about another car that I had seen online in their inventory, he offered to bring it to my house. And sure enough the next day--a Sunday-- he showed up with a lovely 2012. After test driving it, I decided to act more quickly and I placed a deposit on the car. Funny thing, after John left my front porch, I called Nissan Village to speak to him, and was told that Sunday was his day off. Well , I said,'"Your saleman was just here on his day off selling me a great car." Thanks John, your kindness and considerateness count for a great deal. . More

I purchased a 2014 Rogue - - was considering a Toyota Rav 4 but decided to check out the new Rogue - - soooo much nicer than the Rav 4 (features, comfort, style).... Above that, though, was the exceptional service I received from Baher Nasr and Rich Melville. From the time I entered the dealership to the test drive and finalizing the deal, both were extremely helpful and professional. There was NO pressure to buy and they made the entire process simple. Rich was amazing on how well he knew each and every feature of the vehicle. He also answered every one of my questions superbly. What was most amazing was after we finished the negotiations, I thought I would be getting the vehicle in a day or so... Within ONE HOUR my paperwork was completed, the vehicle was spotless and ready to go!! Finally, Rich took the time to go over each and every feature, made sure my phone was completely connected along with my contacts and also made sure my XM radio was ready. I think the thing that I'll remember most is how many times multiple employees THANKED ME FOR MY BUSINESS. When I was given a tour of the service bay, met a tech and at the end of the conversation - he thanked me for my business. Great job Baher and Rich!! My husband and I want to recommend Nissan village to anyone thinking of buying a new car. They are all friendly there from the time you walk in the door to the time you leave. We were given extra good care through our buying process and we have to admit we have gone to many dealerships over the years and we always get great service from Nissan but village Nissan is the best. Baher nasr is incredibly professional and knows the business. We cannot thank him enough for all he did and want his employers to know what an asset he is. Baher turned what could of been a lost sale into my husband getting his new frontier truck. He was so knowledgeable when we had questions, he answered so patiently. He is so kind and considerate to how we felt and made sure we were extremely satisfied. I hope to return in a few months and get myself a new rogue. Hi, I just want to share our experiance with purchasing a car from Nissan Village. I had sent an e-mail inquiring about an add they had on line. The sales person who contacted me back name is Baher Nasr. Baher was very professional not pushy like other sales people. Even with our conversation through e-mail I felt really comfortable with him. I asked about a certain SUV they had in the add, even though it was an October add, and now we are in November he told me that he would honor the price. We connected on the phone and set up an appointment. When my husband and I arrived at the dealership and meet with Baher, it was instant that we felt really comfortable with him and my husband does not trust sales people. Baher took the time to ask what we were looking for and what we want our monthly payment to be at. (The SUV I had inquired about was ready for us to test drive, how great was that, he had it there waiting for us). We ended up purchasing 2 SUV from Baher, he gave us such great numbers to work with we couldn't refuse it. We are really glad we went to this dealership and we recommended it to our family and they bought a car from Baher as well. This is the dealership I would go back to for future purchases it was very comfortable and pleasant experience. The people are great and Friendly. Thank you Baher. More

When first walking in the door everyone we welcomed my husband and I with smiles and how can we help. We had seen on their website exactly what we were looking for. We spoke with Tom Pepper earlier in the day and he told us to come in and see it. We came in and the Pathfinder was ready to go. Noel Corriveau went over the different buttons and options this Pathfinder had and we went on a nice test drive. We then told them that if they could make it work then to lets go ahead with the purchase. Jim Ricci then took over and went above and beyond to get us exactly the payment and payment plan we needed. We would totally go back there again to make another purchase. Also they have a very clean playroom. We brought our kids and were there for awhile and they were very happy and entertained for a while. Thank You again for all who helped us. You guys rock! More
