I admit, I did not want to trade in the Nissan Quest I bought from this dealership 5 years ago but it was time for it to go. I contacted the dealership and they hooked me up with Garrett Wyatt. Garrett ha bought from this dealership 5 years ago but it was time for it to go. I contacted the dealership and they hooked me up with Garrett Wyatt. Garrett has to be the most patient man in the world. I was NOT easy to get in there and then once I was there I was skeptical and picky. He took his time MAKING SURE I was satisfied and listened to every word I said. He didn't push me off to some manager or try to pull a fast one, he was honest and hard working. We FINALLY settled on the car I wanted and he worked so hard to get me to a number I was satisfied with. I had to come back the next day to get my keys and he and the lovely Cynthia in the finance dept got my monthly payment down another hundred dollars!! Wow!! Who does that??? Also, I was given the white glove treatment by Marcia, the Delivery Specialist (YES, that's what I said) who gave me a tutorial on how to operate all the bells and whistles on my car. All in all it was an EXCELLENT experience, one I will not soon forget. Kudos to Garrett, Cynthia and Miss Marcia!! I loooove my new Versa, it's everything I need! More
Problem #1**** I brought my Nissan Altima Hybrid 2007 Problem #1**** I brought my Nissan Altima Hybrid 2007 due to the car would not brake. After Nissan replaced the Capacitor, Mr. Bass called me stating Problem #1**** I brought my Nissan Altima Hybrid 2007 due to the car would not brake. After Nissan replaced the Capacitor, Mr. Bass called me stating that the brakes are fix, however the ABS and Brake light will remain lit. I will need to replace the IPDM in order to remove the service lights. I clearly asked Mr. Bass if I could drive my car, and if the brakes work properly. He stated yes I can drive my car and brakes are working fine. I picked up my car and drove not even out of the garage 3-5 feet the brakes did not work. I literally and heavily slam on the brake for it to slowly come to a pause. I could of been in a crash, my life could have been in danger! They did not fix my brakes nor did they even test drove the car before giving my car back. I paid $400.34 and nothing was fix! My life could of been in danger! After that they said that I needed to replace my battery which would cost me well over $3000, I agreed. Later to find out my battery was still cover under the 100,000 mile. These tech/advisor/nissan has no shame,no knowledge! Long story short to fix my ABS and Brake they ended replacing The Capacitor, IPDM, battery, and Actuator. Not to mention they didn't fix my brake light after I told them 3 times! Problem #2*** Brought my Nissan Altima Hybrid 2007 sometime 10/22/2012 While I was driving, the car shuts off on me, so I took it in telling them that problem along with the check engine service light. They told me that they will do a Pin test and go from there, After the Pin test they determine that I will need to replace the ECU which will cost over $1300. If the ECU doesn't fix problem they will need to replace something else that would cost an additional over $900. At this point from the brake problem to now, I no longer trust them. They are doing the process of elimination! So I asked to take my car out the shop! 10/29/2012 I came to pick up the car, and they telling me I need to get a towing company to tow my car, because it will not start! Are you serious??? I brought the car to you and it start fine, I have no problem starting my car! Now my car is in my driveway after I paid for the towing company. It does not start and I have more then 1 service light on now. Nissan F*** up my car! I had no problems starting up my car, I had only one service light on and now I can't start my car and there is more than 5 service lights on! I need to do something, if anyone have any idea please email me! romy0324@gmail.com More
Nissan South, Morrow, GA. recently made fraudulent repair recommendations for my vehicle and refused to provide parts that were replaced in the repairs that were completed. I had the vehicle evaluat repair recommendations for my vehicle and refused to provide parts that were replaced in the repairs that were completed. I had the vehicle evaluated at Nalley Lexus,Smyrna, to find the exhaust leak needed a bolt tightened (that was visibly hanging) - rather than the $1356.50 repair (Nissan South) and emergency brake required adjustment - $220(Nissan South). I have attempted to resolve this with Mr. Ralph Gray, Service Manager and with Chad Morse, Fixed Operations Director. The only resolution offered was a refund of the $99.00 diagnostic fee for the fraudulent recommendations. They refused to produce proof of the already completed repairs. BBB-Atlanta and Governor's Ofc of Consumer Affairs have alerts for this company. A consumer warning against this facility might save future victims from their fraudulent service recommendations. More
STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP BY ALL MEANS..... I STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP BY ALL MEANS..... I went in on August 18, 2012 to buy a 2013 Altima. I heard the Praise 102.5 FM radio ad that said STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP BY ALL MEANS..... I went in on August 18, 2012 to buy a 2013 Altima. I heard the Praise 102.5 FM radio ad that said they'd pay your car note for a year and give you $20 in gas for a year. The deal is called Black Friday per the dealership. When my husband and I first got there, we showed the salesman our $250 online rebate along with the price of the car that we built on nissan's website. He said, "That's great. Hold on to that; the price is always negotiable." I was trading in a paid off 2009 Honda Accord, which he said that they'd give us top dollar for. The manager and my husband both agreed that we were not there to waste any time, but they kept stalling. My husband told the salesman that our deal depends on how much we'll get for our trade-in; he kept asking how much they were going to give us. The salesman kept telling us that we'd get top dollar for our trade but kept stalling and trying to show us cars. He told us that they no longer do the deal to pay your car up to $400 a month for a year; he said they now do $300 a month for up to year. I said, "You all must've just started today because I heard the radio ad on my way home from work yesterday." He said, "Okay, we can give you the $400 a month." At first the salesman told us that for the 2013 Altima we could get the internet price that we showed him, we could use the $250 internet rebate, and we could get the Black Friday deal. Then he later says we have to get either the Black Friday deal with their price or the internet price without the Black Friday deal. He said that they no longer install rear spoilers on the 2013's because of the body style. I said, "Online they let you add a rear spoiler, so you're saying that I can't get one?" He said, "Let me double check on that." After we were there for a while, he told us that we could not get the Black Friday deal on the 2013's; we had to get a 2012 because they were trying to get rid of their remaining inventory. My husband said, "You should've told us that in the beginning. We'll just look elsewhere." He told us that he would see what he could do. He left and came back. He said, "We're going to make an exception and let you get the 2013. " We agreed to look at more cars and select one. They did not have the Altima with the Navigation. He kept asking if I HAD to have the Navigation. I told him absolutely. He said they could order me one and have it available the next day. He tried to sell me one that I did not want. The exterior and interior color was not appealing to me, but he wanted me to buy it anyway. I asked him what was the difference in the 2.5 and 3.5 Altima. He said the price difference was about $5,000. He said that I could get the 2.5 fully loaded with a Navigation system for between $28,000 to $29,000. The 3.5 was $33,000 fully loaded. When I built the 3.5 online with all of the options that I wanted, the price was $29,930. I wanted the 3.5, but it was too much. I told him that we'd settle for the 2.5 instead. The price of the 2.5 ended up being more than the 3.5 for the same features. My husband and I agreed to leave. My husband also told him that we would not settle for what they were going to give us for our trade-in. The salesman said, "Hold on, let me see what I can do." He goes and talks to whoever and comes back saying that they were going to work out something for us. The Manager comes back to say that if they give us more money for our trade that we'd have to pay our own car note. The deal was that if we bought a car, they'd write us a check for $5040 to pay our car note for the next year and gas. What they actually did was jack the price of the car up by almost $5,000 so that they could write us a check for $5,040. The salesman did not seem very knowledgeable about anything at all. In summary, I will never shop there again or recommend them to anyone. They are full of lies, are very deceptive, and play games. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!! More
I went today for my regular oilchange at 39K miles on my 2009 Altima. When I received my paper work, they marked everything for fuilds including coolant, brake, etc. with RED. I asked the service rep. Mr. D 2009 Altima. When I received my paper work, they marked everything for fuilds including coolant, brake, etc. with RED. I asked the service rep. Mr. Dane how come, when I had my 30K Premium service 6 months back which includes all fluid changes, all filter changes, battery services, etc. He talked to other mechanic and he returned with all GREENs. To me it seems this dealership just took my money for 30K service and had not performed it OR they don't really have qualified/knowledgable mechanics who really checks and know what is really UNDERHOOD. I am now worried on the services done since last 3.5 years at this dealership. I may not go to them back. I will not recommend this to anyone else either. More

This was the worst car buying experience I have ever had. I was lied to about the if we (Nissan South, Morrow,GA) can't get you financed we'll give you a car. When trying to get financing I had to come back I was lied to about the if we (Nissan South, Morrow,GA) can't get you financed we'll give you a car. When trying to get financing I had to come back to sign a purchase agreement twice. The first time was past the 10 day grace period. So the first contract was a binding contract. The second was at a higher cost. The third and final meeting was under false Pretense . I was told to come in to sign some more paper work. When I got there I was told They wanted more money or deal was off. I had the car for over two months with down payment and full coverage insurance. After I asked if I could have an attorney look at all agreements to be signed,It got really nasty. When leaving the office the finance manger tried to physically tried to stop me. Bumping and pushing me to the side. When I reached for the door handle he pushed me aside to prevent me from getting to my belongings in the car.I was parked on the edge of the two different dealerships. The adjoining dealership salesmen were all outside twenty feet away watching the craziness. By this time many of his salesmen and customers were looking on. After they tried to intimidate me with numbers I called the police. They had pulled another car in front of my car to prevent me from leaving. When the police came I told him what had happened, I showed him my two contact agreements. I asked to be able to get my belongings, a lot of tools in the trunk and items in the car.I was told to get my thing and get of their property. The salesman next door told me to bring my belongings to their property and they would sell me a car. And did just that. Thank GOD who was definitely in charge. So I said all that to say this. Would I recommend this dealership? NO NO NO. But the other dealership YES YES YES. So you be the judge. More
I gave a good rating for nisan south because they seem to be concerned about helping the customer stay on top of when the service is due on their vehicle and that is very important for the life of the vehicl be concerned about helping the customer stay on top of when the service is due on their vehicle and that is very important for the life of the vehicle. Nisan south is so concern that they offer a few free oil changes and there prices are ok. The friendly attitudes or great some days and other days ok. The service is great but attitude and service go hand and hand.Over all there are always room for improvement. I will refer other people to nisan south because I never had a dealer to show the concern that nisan soth show. More
