If you read the reviews elsewhere, they are eerily similar, as is my story. This dealership will have you waiting literally from open to close. I purchased a 2015 Nissan Sentra with a cosigner, and a month later was called and told I had to bring the car back because of an audit, and if I didn't the bank would report it stolen. I did that and the finance manager gave me the exact same car with minor upgrades so the payment was higher. That was 2 weeks ago. Today, I received a call saying that the same thing has happened. Who do they think they're fooling? Something is not right in that dealership, and I am looking into having them all seriously investigated. It has literally been the WORST car buying experience of my life!!! More

Purcase a car Went to Nissan South to purchase a car and trade in previous vehicle on June 17, 2015. Was able to purchase 2015 Nissan Sentra. Doing what's right It's real easy to get a great review when things fall into place. It's another thing to EARN a great review because when things happen and fall through the cracks, they do the right thing, seeing it through to the end (regardless what it takes). That's what Ed (the GM), Garrett (Sales Manager) and Josh (Team Leader) at Nissan South did for me! My deal was the perfect storm of what could go wrong and did. Even at the end when my emotions ran high, they stayed calm, let me vent and then TOOK ACTION to correct the situation. I've heard it said, "...to error is human to forgive is devine..." I say, to admit your shortcomings is human but to actually DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT is devine. It's the TAKING ACTION that separates the men from the boys. I am proud to call these three men, MY GUYS! They put themselves in my shoes and really took care of me. If you want to do business w people who will do what's right, go see the people at Nissan South! Where EVERYONE is invested in making sure the customer is taken care of and leaves happy. That's good business! More
ALL THEY WANT IS TO SELL A CAR; AFTER THAT YOU'RE S.O.L.!! IT HAS TAKEN ME TWENTY DAYS TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE AND FIRST I WAS OFFERED A NEW NISSAN VERSA AND GIVEN THE VIN NUMBER AND TOLD TO PURCHASE INSURANCE. IT HAS TAKEN ME TWENTY DAYS TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE AND FIRST I WAS OFFERED A NEW NISSAN VERSA AND GIVEN THE VIN NUMBER AND TOLD TO PURCHASE INSURANCE. THEN WHEN I CAME IN THE VEHICLE HAD CHANGED FROM A 2O14 WITH 11,000 MILES ON IT TO A 2012 WITH OVER 55,OOO MILES ON IT. THEN THEY HAD ME SIGN FOR A CAR WHICH THEY DIDN'T EVEN HAVE LEGAL POSSESSION OF YET. MEANING THE DEAL FOR THE TRADE IN HAD NOT COMPLETED YET. NOW COME TO FIND OUT THAT NO USED CAR INSPECTION WAS DONE ON THE VEHICLE. I WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD HAVE A FULL TANK OF GAS WHEN I PICKED UP THE CAR AND I DID NOT AND I HAVE CALLED SEVERAL PEOPLE, LORENZO, LINDA FAYE AND HERB AND NO ONE HAD GOTTEN BACK TO ME. AT LEAST HERB DID TRY TO PUT GAS IN THE CAR BUT AFTER USING UP MORE GAS BY TRAVELING TO TWO DIFFERENT GAS STATIONS I STILL WAS NOT ABLE TO GET GAS!!! I COULD GO ON AND ON BUT THE SAGA ISN'T OVER YET BECAUSE THE SEAT BELT NOTIFICATION ISN'T WORKING AND HAD THEY DONE AN INSPECTION THEY WOULD HAVE KNOWN THAT!!! DID BUSINESS WITH THAT DEALERSHIP THIRTEEN YEARS AGO AND BOY DID I HAVE A DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE, MUCH MORE PLEASANT. We were introduce to Dwain Nails (sales rep) to assist us. After reviewing our current payments and others issues, Dwain showed us a 2014 Rogue and inquired if we would be interested in a newer vehicle. After waiting a few hours for the process, Dwain offer and brought dinner for us and apolozied for the long wait. Dwain was very professional from the beginning of our deal to the very end. We will highly recommend him and the entire staff at Nissan /south. After completion of the sale we meet with Marcia Hargis. She was friendly and experience in her knowledge of the vehicle explaning all of the features. Her customer services is superior. More

He processed my information in a great and timely manner and was very respectful. He showed me MY new car, went detail by detail on the features inside the car as well as under the hood. The test drive went smoothly, with Brandon carefully pointing out small details on the car as we drove. just his calm demeanor and professionalism gave me the hope I needed, to be assured that This was going to be MY NEW CAR!
