Great Experience!!!! Staff was professional from telephone and until after I left the lot. Everyone greeted me with a smile and handled my needs promptly. NISSAN SOUTH MORROW SERVICE DEPT. Their service dept is the worst. Consumers beware!!!!! I had a scheduled appointment and needless to say it took 6 long hours for my car to be service Their service dept is the worst. Consumers beware!!!!! I had a scheduled appointment and needless to say it took 6 long hours for my car to be serviced. I requested tires because of the price scrolling across the board in the customer waiting room and i was informed I'll need tires soon. The service manager said the sale was over and he will not honor the price. My service coordinator was very nice, but the service dept manager is a idiot. The right way to handle the situation was to honor the price since it was still posting on the price board for their services offered. I will be contacting Nissan Corporate office and spread the word to my friends DO NOT go to Nissan South Morrow!!! More
