For it to be my third vehicle from this dealership the way they handled my my my experience was terrible from the salesperson down to the finance team For it to be my third vehicle from this dealership the way they handled my my my experience was terrible from the salesperson down to the finance team they lied about a promotion they had going on they said that it ended already but come to find out it actually ended April 1st. Not only did that the salesperson lie about the march madness promotion, I had asked for Sherwin Brown and was lied to and told he was no linger employed there until Ila B. got caught when I ran into him then she never came back to me, I finished up with the sales person I initially requested. 2018 Nissan Murano The whole sales experience was horrible. A week after i bought the car, the dealer contacted me about missing copies of my license and paystub that w The whole sales experience was horrible. A week after i bought the car, the dealer contacted me about missing copies of my license and paystub that were given to them in the day of person. Till today, nobody knows what happened to my original copies. A sales person named Ila lied and told me the march madness promotion was no longer in effort on 3/29 but I found out it expired on the 4/1. Management has yet to address the easy. I also requested a specific sales rep, Ila lied and Sid he didn't work there anymore but got caught in a lie when the other sales rep came in. More
