My experience with service was top notch. Most dealerships have lost the art of customer service while caught up in the mundane and repetitious daily tasks, we (customers) become just a number. I was pleasantly surprised with the service provided by Carlos Mancilla and the service crew although I never interacted with them directly. They were thorough and resolved an unexpected issue. Although it took longer than expected at no fault to any of them, I was satisfied as Carlos kept me updated on any new information and got my car back to me as soon as they could. I tried to have other companies look at it and no one could find the problem. I’m at ease knowing that I know have a reputable and efficient service center I can bring my car to. Thank you! More
