I was sent an email from Jesse about a car he thought we would be interested in. We called Jesse and asked him if the car was still available, we even gave him the stock number to verify. Jesse told us yes would be interested in. We called Jesse and asked him if the car was still available, we even gave him the stock number to verify. Jesse told us yes that the price was the same as the inquiry he sent me. After making a trip down there and checking out the car and doing the test drive we were ready to make the deal. My husband asked him how much it would be out the door taking into account the car quote that we were given by email and phone conversation was just under 17,000. Jesse told us the car was 22,000 plus financing. We showed him the email that he sent us and he said that there was an error and that they would not honor the price quoted. This is false advertising We will never recommend this dealership to anyone. More
I am in my 70's and have purchased many cars, used and new, in my life. This January I had the absolutely best car buying experience ever!!! Ron did not apply a single bit of pressure. He listened to new, in my life. This January I had the absolutely best car buying experience ever!!! Ron did not apply a single bit of pressure. He listened to our needs and was patient, informative and helpful, along with a very pleasant personality. Liz demonstrated the same good qualities as Ron regarding the financial part and the price ended up within our budget. This was an extraordinarily Good Experience all around. We strongly recommend Metro Nissan of Redlands and especially Ron and Liz for your next purchase of a new or used automobile. More

Very bad, do not use this dealer! They start cars out with a $7,000 market adjustment over the suggested retail. If you know anything about buying cars the first thing you want to do is ask for an invoi with a $7,000 market adjustment over the suggested retail. If you know anything about buying cars the first thing you want to do is ask for an invoice. Dealers are required to provide you with this. This way you can see the dealer’s costs of the vehicle. Be suspicious if the dealer will not provide this. A fair price is 0-$300 over invoice (in normal times). Look for bogus charges, charges like destination fees, dealer prep fees, alarm system, nitrogen, window tint, etc. Basically, anything that is not a physical part of the car is a made-up charge. So due to the “shortages” in inventory you are going to see lots of these charges. But savvy customers are the enemies of these underhanded dealers. Other dealers are looking for long term relationships, so you can negotiate a fair price (maybe $1,000 over retail). Not $7,000 do your homework and look at dealers out of your area. Did you know you can look for videos on Youtube on how to buy a new car? Francisco and Jacob are liars, and they will make you a deal and change it at the last minute. I suggest you stay away from these individuals. Remember do your homework this includes looking at reviews, customer satisfaction surveys on your vehicle and reviews on your dealer. For most people a new car is a major purchase, so take time and do the research the same way you would buy a TV or anything else you could save $7,000. One of the most unethical things your salesman will do is act as if already installed options are something the dealer has paid to put on the vehicle (this is yet another lie). Get an itemized list of what you are paying for especially on the paperwork provided (required by law) during finance. If you finance a car over its value, you will start out “upside down” on the value of your car. This means if you needed to get rid of the car due to an unforeseen hardship you are going to lose thousands of dollars. Don’t buy at Metro Nissan Of Redlands. Do your homework! More
