Jahan was wondering in working to get my car fixed. The car presented to the dealership on Tuesday morning for over heating and missed diagnosed until mid-day Friday, that it needed a radiator. I had p The car presented to the dealership on Tuesday morning for over heating and missed diagnosed until mid-day Friday, that it needed a radiator. I had paid for parts and labor for a fan motor that I’m not sure I needed. I paid for the completed work on Wednesday, just to drive a mile down the road to return with the same problem. The mechanic failed to diagnose the problem correctly on Tuesday which lead to a large amount of my time lost and money for the dealership. Jahan continued to communicate with me and my son, he was also an advocate for me which required him to get Chris involved to get the situation resolved. I’m making a long story short, but after four days to diagnose a car that was on the verge of overheating to need a radiator is crazy. The radiator was not leaking, but it still should have been one of the first things checked. I requested the thermostat to be replaced, because it could have also been the problem. I took my car to the Nissan dealer, because Firestone didn’t have a clue. Overall, Metro Nissan fix my and recovered a very unhappy customer. Metro Nissan should be thankful to have Jahan Carter and his service recovery skills. He was courteous, professional and committed to make things right. I truly appreciate Jahan Carter for everything he did. More
