I bought a new car at metro Nissan and I test drove the 2020 Sentra SV. I decided to go with the Senta S I wasn’t given the option to test drive it cause Machito said it was the same thing but it didn’t ha 2020 Sentra SV. Driving the car home from the dealership. It stalled on me right after exiting the freeway. I called and spoke to Francisco Wright the Sales Manager. He was oblivious to the situation. And gave me the only option to take the car in to get inspected. I explained to him that I didn’t feel comfortable keeping this car especially just 5 mins after driving off the lot. These people have ripped me off during the Covid pandemic. I wouldn’t recommend anyone buying at Metro Nissan. They take your money and after that they treat u like xxxx. The Manager Francisco is the worst one of all. He doesn’t provide any solution. He said there is no return policy on New cars and if I wanted to return the car it would be under a voluntary abandonment. And that would go on my credit. BUYER BEWARE IF THE CAR BRAKES DOWN ON YOU THERE’S A NO RETURN POLICY. I recommend you buy at a dealership that gives you a return option so that you are not forced to keep an unsafe or unreliable car‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ More
This dealership advertises prices online you cannot get. They tack on $2300 worth of “options” and they mostly won’t tell you this over email or phone. If they have a price advertised you will not be able to buy the vehicle for that amount. Don’t even waste your time contacting them, just move on to another dealership. More
Dealership is no customer oriented! I have never been so disrespected by a dealer in my life. We went to this dealer looking to buy a vehicle and trade in our current vehicle. After look I have never been so disrespected by a dealer in my life. We went to this dealer looking to buy a vehicle and trade in our current vehicle. After looking at a few vehicles we found a vehicle that we like and start the finance process. As we are in the process of working a deal on the finance terms for the vehicle we see another sales person take the vehicle on a test drive with another customer then return and start working a deal with the customer for the same vehicle. I have bought 30-40 vehicles over the years for my personal use and my business, and never had a dealer allow two deals be worked for the same vehicle at the same time. The dealership had 30+ vehicles of the same model, one of which was the same color and options. There is no reason for them to take a vehicle that has an active deal being worked other than to see who is willing to pay more for the same vehicle and making the dealer and sales person more money. I would in no way recommend this dealership to anyone. More

From the time of seeing a listing on Truecar and calling verifying the price with no additional fees or tricks….. Going in and tacking on $2,300 for accessories / upgrades. Being forced to finance to get some of the BS charged reduced. At signing trying to tack on a $2,000 dealership extended warranty and bully tactics attempting to make it stick when refused. After all this, signed and paid the 2019 Pathfinder had only one keyfob. Told this happens in resell cars and we should have asked in advance. No help ended up paying the service department $380 so we can have a second key for the vehicle • I would rate them a 0 but not an option More

At least own up to your mistake like MAN. You need to be educated on how to communicate and comprehend the words that are coming out of your mouth. Fantastic Service Center! I wanted to take a moment to tell everyone how great my experience was in the service center. I had a oil change appt and my service adviser was Mike I wanted to take a moment to tell everyone how great my experience was in the service center. I had a oil change appt and my service adviser was Mike Martinez. My appt was at 8am on Saturday. Mike was a great guy, very knowledgeable, and got me in and out very quickly, he even got my car washed for me! The service center was very clean, comfortable, and even had complimentary drinks and food. I worked in the car dealership business for over 6 years before I moved out here from NJ and I must say this is one of the best dealerships around. I will most certainly be back! More
Cancelled a contract 12 days after signing Dealer couldn't find financing but failed to notify me till 12 days after. Sales manager was really rude acting like a cave man no manners and lying a Dealer couldn't find financing but failed to notify me till 12 days after. Sales manager was really rude acting like a cave man no manners and lying about sending certified letter about contract cancellation which 5 days later I still haven't recieved anything, well since they failed to notify me within 10 days the contract signed by law is final but they still went ahead and took the car ignoring the contract we signed. Horrible business ethics and can't even communicate properly. More
