Took my car in for a complimentary oil change(10 a.m. appointment), and never received a call stating my car was done. When I called, the maintenance department was closed. They thought they had my paper work and key, but when I arrived the key and paper work belonged to another customer. When I have exhausted all my complimentary oil changes I do not believe I'll be returning. If it wasn't for the front desk secretary and another gentleman helping me resolve this issue I'd be giving them a single Star. More
