I had made an appointment for 2:00, when I got there, I had made an appointment for 2:00, when I got there, well ahead of time, I was told I did not have one. I was asked to make an other appointment I had made an appointment for 2:00, when I got there, well ahead of time, I was told I did not have one. Then when I said I still had free oil changes that I had bought, you do, he said I don't see that you do. Again I stated, do I need to speak with Jahan. He finally, oh and found them and he took my key. I know you take walk in's. I do not remember his name, he deffenetly need more training. I then went in to visit all my friends there. As this is not my first new car I have bought there. Next time do I need to ask to speak to Jahan, to ensure my appointment is on the schedule. More

After a week of purchase they asked me for a co-signer or to return the car. GM was rude and said I wasn’t cooperative with them, I have two jobs and go to school full which my ability to answer calls or re to return the car.
