Seriously disappointed. I have a recall for my hood, they are aware of this and after my oil change, they failed to close my hood. I got on the 10 frwy going fast and anything could’ve happened. called the dealer to set up an appointment for service and I was told one was not needed. to my surprised when I got to the dealer to have my truck serviced, it was packed.
