Jahan Carter was very helpful. I didn’t feel pressured and he answered all my many questions without making me feel I was stupid or bothering him. It was a busy day at the service dept and he had his hand and he answered all my many questions without making me feel I was stupid or bothering him. It was a busy day at the service dept and he had his hands full. He was kind but professional and I felt I was being taken care of by someone that knew what he was talking about. He had to order a part for our vehicle and he said it would be in the next day and our vehicle would be able to pick up by noon friendly and helpful.
