When I arrived to the counter one short young guy, latino was there , after I asked some questions about my service he said that that I had to wait around 4 hours for the service, he never pay attent latino was there , after I asked some questions about my service he said that that I had to wait around 4 hours for the service, he never pay attention me and no eyes contact, so after a few seconds he took a few services order and he left and he didn't said any word.So when ln I saw another lady Helena she was very professional, nicely and she helped a lot and she answered me all questions. My appointment was scheduled incorrect. I was at the service station at 7:00. I asked if I could proceed with an oil change and tire rotation. The service advisor seemed irritated. I waited 2 hours for my service to be completed and check out. I had to get updated about 1.5 hours in. The paperwork was not reviewed with me and my card was charged twice in error for the same service. I had to call the service department after I departed because I received a call from the bank to inform the cashier of the charges. I purchased 2 cars from this Nissan and the service use to be much better. More
