I had a 10:30 am appointment on a Monday morning for one tire to be replaced. I asked that all tires to be checked and aired if needed. My car was not done until 12:00pm and the tires were not checked. Kirk tire to be replaced. I asked that all tires to be checked and aired if needed. I asked the Rep to make sure tire display was corrected, after leaving noticed it had not been adjusted, called back twice to have Rep. Kevin call me...he never got back to me, never even responded.
