DO NOT BUY A USED VEHICLE FROM HERE! !!! They have done nothing but give me excuses and lies about the vehicle. Bought February 12th and they have had it since February 22nd trying to fix !!! You will post something and Greg will call you and tell you they will make it all good. They won’t, they will try to sell you something else only if it benefits them. Thomas and Steve in service will give you a lot of excuses and lies why they can’t fix it. They will tell you they are here for you, but they are not. If you think about buying from here run. Not one manager will talk to you and when you come in they hide in their offices. I unfortunately made the mistake to purchase from them and now I have to talk to lawyers to get it fixed. Keep telling parts are on back order for 3 months, I found the parts and let them know where they are. Thomas called me back and said the dealership would not sell them to them. No dealership cares where they sell the parts, because they had no problem selling them to me! Then they tell me it will be out of my pocket and they don’t know when they will get to it. If I was the owner of this company I would be embarrassed to run something like this. More
Scheduled a service appointment online, brought vehicle to shop at the service time, was advised to give them a minute to look at it. The service guy came back to tell me that I should've scheduled the app to shop at the service time, was advised to give them a minute to look at it. The service guy came back to tell me that I should've scheduled the appointment over the phone because their appointment scheduler is not update them properly. What's the point of the online option? I disregarded the passively rude comment/suggestion, and was offered a ride home with the promise of me getting my vehicle back today if they fix it or if they have to order parts, I agreed and accepted the ride home. I called when I got home to confirm that the repair would be under warranty and was advised that my car is still under the basic warranty and that I will receive a phone call about my car. I had to call them at 5:00 pm because I never received a call or update about my repair and they close at 6:00 pm. I was offered to leave my car overnight because the technician didn't get a change to look at my car. When I inquired about the rental option (at no-cost) that I received in the mail if my car has to stay overnight for a repair, I was then offered to come pick my car up or have someone pick me up to get it, and the rental option isn't valid because the car was not diagnosed and they need that to confirm that the warranty will cover the repair. So basically, they want me to bring my car back early in the morning, cause the "earlier, the better" for it to possibly get looked at. They had my car since 10:00 am and it would've been nice to get a phone call update instead of assuming that I would be okay with leaving my car overnight without confirming it with me. I also let service guy and the guy that drove me home that I had to pick someone up from work at 5:00 and they didn't even bother to make a note on my service order of that information but I had to call them for an update. I wonder where everyone's customer service professionalism went to? Hmmm.... More
They sold my trade in before I was officially approved and then took their car back and left me without a vehicle. For two whole months there was no communication throughout the whole process. I’d talk to my sales guy (who was amazing btw meeting him was the only good thing out of this ordeal) and he didn’t know anything cause no one would tell him so I’d talk to like two different people and they couldn’t tell me anything. I was lied to and conned. I had a suspicion they sold my car with how long it was taking and was told they still had it. Everyone besides Reagan, who was very rude for no reason, I may have been flustered when he was telling me that they stole my only transportation and way to work and such but that didn’t call for his snarky comments and just simply not caring at all, everyone was super nice to me despite the situation. THE SERVICE MGR. IF YOU OWN A 2015 NISSAN ROGUE, DON'T LOOK FOR YOUR SPARE TIRE BECAUSE YOU DON'T HAVE ONE. THAT'S RIGHT A $30,000 CAR WITH NO SPARE, NOT EVEN A DONUT. I WAS TOLD WHEN THE DESIGNED THE CAR THERE WAS NO PLACE TO PUT ONE SO YOU DON'T HAVE A SPARE TIRE BECAUSE THE DESIGNERS COULDN'T FIND A PLACE FOR IT.
