I would not ever recommend shopping at this dealership. The sales manager is the biggest jerk I have ever met at a car dealership. He will insult you and treat you like crap if you have the audacity to s The sales manager is the biggest jerk I have ever met at a car dealership. He constantly reminds you how he has “more in the car than what they have it priced at”. It’s funny how they can stay in business selling cars for cheaper than what they pay for them? ( why i use Greg) Also since ive been Customer of Nissan of Muskogee ,their Shop People are Awesome, they meet you out front soon as you get there, Very Friendly, knowledgable , Take Good Care of You.Ill Also This say this..I Always take my Nissan Altima There for Service work/Oil changes and i have 4 Cars and i Never take them to any Dealerships for Any Service Work, of Any Kind ,Whats That say AND tell you About Nissan of Muskogee ? Finally got my vehicle back from them. The rattle had been fixed and while driving home had a vibration. It started to get worse and would vibrate when braking and vibrate at 60 mph, which The rattle had been fixed and while driving home had a vibration. It started to get worse and would vibrate when braking and vibrate at 60 mph, which it had not done the 8 days I had it in February. After getting home and checking the lug nuts were hand tight. Called and text Greg stout to let him know what happened. He said he would call me in 15 minutes and never heard from him. No GM’s have ever talked to me. You would think after as many times I have been in there and posted about the shady business they do, they would reach out. This is by far the worse dealership in Oklahoma and when you let them know that they didn’t tighten lug nuts all you will get is “Holy Cow”. I wish I could make up all the excuses and lies they will tell you, but it’s impossible. Please don’t visit them and please don’t make the same mistake I did. They need to realize the customer comes first and the owner/ GM’s should find another job. The service manager and service advisor are the worst in Oklahoma. It’s sad that they test drove it and couldn’t figure out they needed to tighten the lug nuts. More
DO NOT BUY A USED VEHICLE FROM HERE! !!! They have done nothing but give me excuses and lies about the vehicle. Bought February 12th and they have had it since February 22nd trying to fix !!! You will post something and Greg will call you and tell you they will make it all good. They won’t, they will try to sell you something else only if it benefits them. Thomas and Steve in service will give you a lot of excuses and lies why they can’t fix it. They will tell you they are here for you, but they are not. If you think about buying from here run. Not one manager will talk to you and when you come in they hide in their offices. I unfortunately made the mistake to purchase from them and now I have to talk to lawyers to get it fixed. Keep telling parts are on back order for 3 months, I found the parts and let them know where they are. Thomas called me back and said the dealership would not sell them to them. No dealership cares where they sell the parts, because they had no problem selling them to me! Then they tell me it will be out of my pocket and they don’t know when they will get to it. If I was the owner of this company I would be embarrassed to run something like this. More
