Terrible service department. Took truck in for warranty work. We’re not responsive and hard to get updates. Gave me a list of 11 service items they wanted me to pay for. Took truck to Eastern Nissan. 90% of my list of 11 must do , we’re not must do and what truck really needed was brakes . Never get any Service done at Greenville Nissan! More

Be weary of their service department. Seems like they try and scam college kids into paying for way more than then need. They wanted $7500 from me but my car actually had a simple fix tha Seems like they try and scam college kids into paying for way more than then need.
