I bought a 2011 Nissan rouge from this dealer back in February of 2011, I had special orders with the vehicle and upgrades, no problems at all. I kept up with the maintenance schedules and the Nissan runs good. I recently have some sort of problem with the front end making a loud noise when driving over 35 mph and disappear almost going 65. My sun roof started whistling too. So, I called Nissan north to talk to the salesman I dealt with, unfortunately, he had moved on, so I talked with the service manager, discussed the problems and scheduled a appointment to repair the problems. so far so good. I will write more about how the repairs went. More

Because I lived several hours away, Rebecca helped me search their vehicles without coming on site. She also helped me decide what was best for me over the phone. She was always extremely responsive and genuinely cared about me and what I wanted. She was so dedicated to helping me find exactly what I wanted, that she even helped me find my dream vehicle at another dealer. I never felt pressured to purchase anything that wasn't exactly what I was looking for. She knew how big of a purchase this was and put herself in my shoes before giving me advice. Her actions were respectable. I wish more dealers were like her. I highly recommend using this honest and caring dealer the next time you need a vehicle. More
My wife and I love Nissans. My wife purchased a used 2010 Versa which was brought in from another location. The car was defective, having multiple scratches, the bumper shifted to one side and one new headli Versa which was brought in from another location. It was obvious to me that it had been wrecked even though the CarFax report said nothing about that. When the SES light came on the first day after purchase, my wife was in tears and I was livid. Tyler, the sales manager and Jeremy, our salesman and Dave, the Finance Manager, scrambled to track down the paperwork from the two day old purchase, including contacting the bank, to get the entire purchase voided. Then they gave me a great deal on a new 2012 Versa and secured a great finance rate with the bank. They went more than the extra mile to make sure my wife and I were happy. I think I know where I'll be buying my next Nissan. More
